I asked, "So if it fails on day 11, that's okay?" but received no satisfactory answer. They also insisted, "This is a cheap store - items could break like that," and declared the item non‑refundable, refusing even a store credit. I expressed my disappointment, but was told there was nothing they could do. I stand by their 14‑day return policy and feel this was a clear case of a defective product - one not designed to last - not a matter of changing my mind. I explained that the dress is $7.99, so I paid and then went to get the other dress to prove it. The cashier went over to the rack and came back with OTHER dresses and then said she "knows how much each clothes are" and said these are "$7.99, not yours". I told her it says that price and she said no. Overall, felt like I was lied, next time I will definitely check the prices. I definitely didn't think the same dresses will have different prices and then have that cashier pretty much say, she knows all the prices even though it says differently. This place is a scam! I wonder how much will it be if I grabbed the $7.99 dress? I don't mind the extra $2, but this is not how business is done. Get yourself together!
