On the positive there is an ample parking lot…read morewhere you can always find a spot so you can come and do your shopping without stressing about tickets. On the other hand, you have to deal with employees that are either super nice and aloof or slightly passive aggressive, AKA wrong and strong. Usually I can get all the items that I need at this location, but it's also difficult to find it in the place that it would be in another location, coupled with long lines, the online order feature is quite attractive. Today I came to pick up my curbside order, as usual at this location no less, and I followed the prompts from the email that I was sent letting me know my order was ready. After waiting 10 minutes I called the store and was told by an employee that they don't offer curbside pick up. When? What are you talking about? I just went inside made sure my order was correct and left. I will definitely call a manager to verify whether this is the case or not. They definitely threw off my time schedule, tuh (kisses teeth )

I've been a customer at this location for years and have had a recurring issue that I want to…read moredocument publicly: when I call the pharmacy, I'm put on hold and then the call is disconnected. This has happened multiple times, not once or twice. Each time I've tried calling back, the same thing happens. When I do manage to get through or show up in person, the staff are dismissive and rude -- not in a "having a bad day" way, but consistently, across multiple visits and interactions. Basic questions are met with impatience, and there's no sense that they view patients as people who actually need their medication. The other pattern I've experienced repeatedly: I receive a notification that my prescription is ready for pickup, I make the trip, and I'm told to come back in 30 minutes, a few hours, or sometimes not until next week. No explanation, no apology. If the prescription isn't ready, don't send the notification. It's that simple. The combination of unreachable phones, inaccurate ready notifications, and dismissive staff makes this location genuinely unreliable for anything time-sensitive. I've since filed a complaint with Walgreens corporate and would encourage others with similar experiences to do the same (1-800-925-4733). If you have a routine prescription that requires zero coordination, maybe. If you ever need to actually speak to someone or rely on accurate information, look elsewhere.

Like most large chain stores, this CVS subscribes to the postal service customer service model,…read moreleaving multiple cashier stations empty, with 1 young teenage employee left to put up with confused and emotionally fatigued customers who are irritated by the failings of the flawed self-checkout machines. Yes, you are punished by capitalism with anything you can tief being under lock with long waits to find an employee to unlock your deodorant safety deposit box. The storied pharmacy lines will age you so you are contemplating the nearby shelves' hair dye to cover the gray hairs spurred by the stress the line wait has brought on, invariably behind someone talking loudly on speaker phone about their personal business you do not need to hear, and may they not be complaining about a recent wrongdoing, since that will set them up for more drama at the counter when they finally reach it. Watch out, mama! When you finally squeeze past the worker unpacking the tall stack of plastic cargo crates at the end cap that seem to never contain the hydrogen peroxide that is absent from the dusty bottom shelf in the pick-up line, you will be asked for your identifying name and birth date by the indifferent dogla who is chewing gum and shaking in place, bobbing up and down like he's been sampling the Adderall, washed down with a 6-pack of Monster caffeine drinks. He never seldom looks up at you as he continues gossiping with his coworkers, as most of the clerks do. As you can experience in most cheap retail, they aren't paid enough to provide proper customer service, and kissing your ass costs a lot more, so it's expected. But those big plastic cargo crates left out for days on Parkside Ave can supplement the shortcomings of the store when you borrow them to pack when moving to your new apartment in the Vanderveer because gentrification is forcing you out once again. Why can't rich white people bring a reasonable chain pharmacy experience with them as they invade Flatbush? Do their $3,050/month studios at 210 Clarkson Ave have a built in drug store to go with their anemic on-site gym? As others noted, with Kings County Hospital around the corner, there are plenty of independent pharmacies nearby, almost 1 per block down Nostrand Ave, from Parkside Ave to Linden Blvd. Michael's Famasi on Linden and Wojez is so local, their sign is in Haitian Kreyol. Bon bagay!

I have been coming here for over 5 years, because Eva is a fabulous pharmacist. In the past few years I've had to interact with less than pleasant co workers of hers. These employees have accidentally given me my brothers medication before and him mine (hippa violation much). In recent days they lost a prescription of mine and were beyond inconsiderate over the phone. I abruptly ended a call stating I would wait for Eva who is always kind. I was called back and told they would give me a courtesy refill only to be interrupted when saying thank you by "if you're so grateful leave a review." So here is what you asked for :) Do not come here unless you can interact with Eva, the other pharmacists commit HIPPA violations, are rude and do not care about the customers.

The box contained 4T (toddler) sneakers. You can imagine how small the box is. I wish I could remember his name. My wife had to look for tape and they were out.
