Today, after unpacking my recent cleaning, I discovered that my favorite pair of pants that Sue had cleaned for quite some time had suddenly shrunk in length (and nope, I'm not taller or heavier!); they look absurd now - and they simply can't be replaced. Clearly Sue had used a different method, and now my signature pants are no more. They were expensive, but now I know they were priceless. I'm heartbroken and angry. I had also recently requested an attempt be made to remove a spot on my blazer - they marked it, but missed it; I was ultimately able to remove it myself, so that left me disappointed in their service and attention to detail. Other pants were suddenly filled with static in a way that they never were after cleaning previously, and now they all cling to my leg in an unsightly way. Ugh!
