Typical credit card fees range from 1.5% to 4% and this place charges 4%. They really need to post a clear sign about this near the cash register and also tell customers. When I picked my items up I noticed that the graphic on the shirt looked like it had been scraped off in multiple areas. I showed it to the employee there and she literally told me, "Return it back to where you bought it from. The manufacturer has incorrect cleaning instructions on the washtag and it's not our fault". As if Versace made a mistake! As if any store is going to let you return a damaged shirt! They promised me that they would get it fixed and to come back next week. I came back and guess what? The shirt is in EVEN WORSE condition (I attached a pic). The employees continued to try and blame the clothing brand instead of taking responsibility. Not only that, but they refused to offer me any type of compensation. I had to argue with the employee just to get a refund for this even though they ruined it!!!! Take my advice and the advice of the other guy who had their clothing messed up by this place... don't come here.
