No, thanks, terramere cleaners, I'll fix my own hems from now on.

I noticed one day that they clean UGG boots and, having several pairs that need cleaning, I decided to take a pair to them to see what kind of job they would do. I was extremely satisfied with the way my boots looked when I picked them up. They had dirt and several salt stains from winter on them and those all came off. Probably the best $45 I have spent in a long time. I will be taking a few more pairs there within the next couple months. Highly recommend them.

Stay away! Poor customer service, and they don't deliver on their commitments…read more Prices are high, atleast 50% more than other dry cleaners. One dress was a whopping $12! So I dropped off over $40 worth of dry cleaning, the man asked me when I needed it, and it'd be ready at 5pm the next day. When I went to pick up my order, one of my shirts was not ready. It wasn't even in the process of being cleaned. The man pointed at it, still dirty, draped over a laundry bin, with no apology or reason for why it was left undone. What?? I asked when they open the next morning, he said 7am, and I told him I would come by on the way to work before 9 to pick it up. When I arrive the next morning, lo and behold, the shirt still wasn't ready. Unacceptable! The man said it would be ready at 9:30 because it was in the washer. 9:30 was his base target, when I said I would be there by 9??! NO. I told him and the lady working there that I wanted a refund, and the lady said this was not a reason for a refund. Really? You're telling me as a customer that I have to come in a third time for a shirt that was not cleaned to the committed timing, and you're not going to compensate me? Poor business savvy and customer service! What ticked me off even further was the man was sighing at me like I was the problem, as he begrudgingly said he would credit me when I came to pick up the shirt later in the day. When I did receive the refund, I politely said thank you, and the man curtly says, "give me the ticket". Good golly! And good riddance!!! P.S. isn't it ironic that "1 hour" is in their business name? They can't even get it right within 1 day.
