I believe the previous owners retired and sold their long term business. I came here a few times to get my dry cleaning done for all the wedding guest attire as well as a leather jacket. Service is good. Nothing special but it's just dry cleaning. They get done when they said it will get done. I think prices are very competitive. Given how dry cleaning businesses are these days, I will keep coming back here. Prices off the top of my head: - dress $10 - suit jacket and pants $10 - collared shirt $5 - leather jacket $53 I'll take a picture of the receipt when I find it :) The only reason why the business is getting 4 stars instead of 5 is that the one time I wanted my leather jacket dry cleaned, the lady who serviced me just kept slapping my leather jacket on the table for every syllable she said this "this, will, take, a, month" (so 5 slaps on my jacket). That was really weird but I was like whatever and got it done anyway. It was done in a month and I didn't mind since it wasn't a rush for me.

But i needed to get a down comforter cleaned, and was looking for a new one to try. Came across this place and decided to go for it. The folks working both when I dropped off and picked up were very friendly!! Service was quick, in & out. And comforter was nicely done! Price was also very fair. I'll definitely be back!! Recommended!

You have the option of having a laundry card here, and there is also an ATM available. They have all different sizes for their washers and dryers, making it really convenient for when you have to wash large blankets, etc. - the building and machines are also well maintained and kept clean. Would come back here again if I need to. Trust the reviews!

I was lured by the pictures and reviews. But I am a laundromat veteran of late. You walk in…read morethrough the automatic doors and immediately you are hit with a commode smell. I don't know if the doors are next to a bathroom or if the rugs have been soaked with the scent of Chicago's Montrose park public bathrooms, but it smells. The plusses are the ample parking. You're not going to have any issues finding a nice roomy spot, the lot is yuge. Another plus are the machines and dryers are on the new-ish side. Not too much dryer gunk (chewing gum-like material stuck to the dryer drum). There are a lot of machines, so even if crowded, things can move fast. The reason for the 2 stars are thus: the place is not clean. The floors always have trash. It's not a tidy place. This might be due to the staff who do their best to pretend not to ignore you. They're too busy doing the drop off service that they don't sweep up or help customers. The other bad thing is the DIABOLICAL LAUNDRY CARD. This is a card that you load up with money to use the machines. You have to permanently lose time off your life, TIME that you will never get back, trying to get the card to read on the machine readers. It is extremely oppressive and is designed to make you question the meaning of your life. This laundromat is the equivalent of the egg salad at a gas station. You're hungry and you think you'll be ok. The only reason why I've been here 3 times is because the card has a balance. I refuse to leave a cent to this place, even if the scent it gives me is unpleasant.

I brought in a very expensive linen summer jacket for her to dry clean to remove a few spots after just wearing it for a couple weeks. When I picked it up and brought it home, it was shrunk by at least 2-3 sizes. Although I paid for it to be dry-cleaned, it was obviously laundered. When I brought it in to show her, she was extremely aggressive to me, refused to listen to my concerns and kicked me out of her store. This to me is not a very proper way to run a business. I asked her to please send it into the corporate offices to see what she could do to offset the $600 I spent to replace the jacket, and she simply refused to do that, and took no responsibility for the mistake made by one of her employees. My MESSAGE to anyone who takes their clothes to be dry cleaned is: STAY AWAY, unless you are willing the risk of their workers to cheat you out of your money by taking the price to dry clean, but instead launder at a cheaper rate, and in the process ruining your good clothes. THE PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF, just as other complaints before my review said. STAY AWAY! Here is a review from earlier this month: The review by Chance G. said it all, and I quote from Oct. 23, 2025 had the exact same problem as me: "this place is run by incompetent staff that don't understand the difference between "dry clean" and "launder". they ruined a $695 dollar jacket that was supposed to be DRY CLEANED and now is two sizes two small - absolutely worthless."
