The company within US POST is called LAST SHOT and they handle the basketball pole install or removal. I called John and he called back the same day and gave me a quote on the phone. He called the day before coming out and was able to get the pole out, refill the hole and lay seeds within 1 hour. Great job, extremely personable.

Not to mention, I believe the closest store is several miles away. I didn't use this UPS location for shipping service but used them for the Notary service they provide which was just $5. I did call ahead to mark sure they had someone available. I walked into the store and grabbed a spot in line. When it was my turn I asked for the Notary. The nice attendant behind the counter called the notary and actually grabbed a stool from behind the counter for me to sit and wait. I observed the two women behind the counter working and interacting with the steady flow of customers walking in for various things such as shipping, printing copies and finding shipping boxes for shipments. They were both very professional and gave great customer service. The Notary came out a few minutes later, checked my ID, quickly and professionally notarized the document. His name is Vishal I believe. Very friendly and kind. If you're looking to utilize any UPS service, this is a great location.

I recently mailed a package and added signature confirmation and insurance. When he printed the receipt it did not have a breakdown of the different costs. I asked the manager to print me a receipt showing how much it was to get $700.00 insurance and also what the cost of signature confirmation was. He said he could not break down the costs. I demanded he do so, so he looked at his computer and then he copied the different costs from the computer and wrote them down on a piece of paper. I asked to take a picture of the screen he was looking at which obviously showed the breakdown of costs and he refused to let me do so. I asked him to print out the receipt on the screen he was looking at, and again he refused to do so. This UPS store and the manager/owner are not honest and will not disclose the various costs associated with a package. In the past I had them pack three valuable pieces of furniture and ship them. They shipped them, but they did not pack them and they all arrived at their destination badly damaged. I filed a claim and they refused to pay the claim. This store and the manager are a scam operation and should be shut down.
