After replacing 7 appliances I found they not only didn't back their appliances, they wouldn't even return a call. After trying to resolve my issue with 4 phone calls I went to the store thinking this might help. Knowing the microwave was only 4 months old and covered by the warranty it just didn't seem to matter to them. After some back and forth I stated I would buy another I just needed one for the holliday's. Well I had to RIP it out myself and replace it. Next step is to pay 25$ at the landfill to get rid of it. Someone called off the online form and told me it would be a couple days and that it would be X amount of money. Then someone returned my call and told me same day was possible and it would be X amount of money. Long story short someone was there that day to look at our dryer. We paid a service fee and then we paid another time for the item to be fixed. I was a little confused because I thought it would be taken off the total but I don't know. Overall it was fast service and the tech onsite was friendly and fixed our unit in no time. Super thankful that they were responsive, but internal communication could be better.
