After replacing 7 appliances I found they not only didn't back their appliances, they wouldn't even return a call. After trying to resolve my issue with 4 phone calls I went to the store thinking this might help. Knowing the microwave was only 4 months old and covered by the warranty it just didn't seem to matter to them. After some back and forth I stated I would buy another I just needed one for the holliday's. Well I had to RIP it out myself and replace it. Next step is to pay 25$ at the landfill to get rid of it. I helped replace my old furnace with an efficient gas one and the ducts were caked with dust. I also had an underlying odor that I couldn't narrow down. I called Dave who was referred by a friend. After he was done, every thing was in place and no mess. My house has lost it's underlying odor that was trapped in the dust.
