I said sure as long as there is no obligation to buy because I was not working at the time as I was going through breast cancer treatment and had been on a leave since July of '20. They said no, no obligation to buy at all. They came in, cleaned my carpet, did their whole speil and when it came time to ask me if I liked what I saw, I said of course. They then proceeded to try to sell me the Kirby vacuum. I told them no, as I wasn't working and didn't know when I would be going back due to another surgery that I needed coming up. This was in October, my surgery was scheduled for the end of November. They PRESSURED me into buying a Kirby and WOULD NOT take no for an answer. When I kept saying no, the sales guy then called their manager who came out and gave me all kinds of deals and stuff off to get the price in my range. I wouldn't have to pay any payments til January of '21. It got to the point they were at my home for 8 hours trying to sell me this product. I finally caved just to get them to leave. Then I tried calling them by December/January to come get it as I never used it and wouldn't use it. They never once returned my phone call. I called once or twice a month until finally I emailed them in September of '21 and told them that I didn't want the item, I've never used it and had to go out and purchase a new vacuum cleaner that I could use, and that they needed to come out and get the product. I didn't want it to begin with. I told them I was going through Radiation treatments and didn't really think I could afford the item to begin with. NOW, 3 years later, they put it on my credit report that the item was surrendered but I still owe them $2,271. NOT once did I get a statement in the mail, and when I talked to the person to come get it, I made sure that I wouldnt' owe anything on it. This company pressures you into buying at your most VULNERABLE times and if you don't buy, they don't leave! I don't know how many times or ways I could have said NO, but said YES just to get them out of my house. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

We mentioned we have a stay-at-home who could assist, if-needed. Gentleman then asked where washing machine was located. Explained that it was a front loader with dryer stacked on-top for space efficiency (manufacturer even offers binding clips because this is standard for these models). Gentleman changed his entire tone. Said he didn't want to bother with it. We offered to handle the re-installation of dryer ourselves, after service - didn't matter. Gentleman was more concerned with his convenience than anything else. Wow
