We mentioned we have a stay-at-home who could assist, if-needed. Gentleman then asked where washing machine was located. Explained that it was a front loader with dryer stacked on-top for space efficiency (manufacturer even offers binding clips because this is standard for these models). Gentleman changed his entire tone. Said he didn't want to bother with it. We offered to handle the re-installation of dryer ourselves, after service - didn't matter. Gentleman was more concerned with his convenience than anything else. Wow

Cynthia is the most insulting condescending person I have ever met. We have purchased five…read moreappliances from them. The last being a refrigerator. The refrigerator didn't quite fit. When I called to get the name of the cabinet expert they call on to cut down cabinets, she immediately became accusatory , telling me that I had the spec sheet and should've known it wouldn't fit. All I wanted was the name of the guy. Then to top it off she charged us another trip fee to come back and hook up the water and ice maker. She even had the audacity to tell the service man to collect the check before finishing their work. Done with Amundson's and one incredibly rude person!
