Explained that it was a front loader with dryer stacked on-top for space efficiency (manufacturer even offers binding clips because this is standard for these models). Gentleman changed his entire tone. Said he didn't want to bother with it. We offered to handle the re-installation of dryer ourselves, after service - didn't matter.
