I'm lucky enough to have a father who does auto repair. I popped out, called him and told him what was said. He told me I'd be dumb not to go there. I've been going ever since. I've never once felt like I was being talked down to. One of the techs even helped disassemble my bike - something I was completely clueless to - and put it in the trunk of my newly repaired car. Any time one of my co-workers asks where to go to get car repair work done, they're the first place and only place I offer.
