As I waited for a call back (there is a high demand for professional carpet cleaning companies in my area and in the fall prior to winter) I continued my research and saw that they had received several 5 Star Google reviews. They returned my call within minutes, and we spoke about an estimate and cleaning. During our conversation we talked about pets, and they asked if our dogs could be separated from the carpet which needed to be cleaned. For both protection (all of us) and so they didn't get in the way. I admired that they had put the thought into this question and respectively asked for permission beforehand. I made an appointment and could be seen within the week. Chris showed up and I have to say he did a fantastic job. I thought for sure the carpet would need to be replaced due to heavy traffic but he was able to clean it so nobody could see what it had looked like previously. Even the dogs!! My husband said it should've been done years ago. Chris kept up a friendly banter and I feel that I got to know him well and we parted as friends. If I could give CARPET CLEANING SOLUTIONS a million-star review for their service, efficiency and friendliness I would. But I was only allowed 5 Stars. I very highly recommend them.

He cleaned our filthy stairs, area rug, two bedrooms and a hall in just a few hours. Tom took time to pretreat spots and spend extra time on really dirty high traffic areas. I called Maug Cleaning and made appointments twice for Donna to come over, look at my house, listen to what I wanted, and give me a quote. I ended up canceling both appointments because I was ashamed of the mess. Finally, I made and kept an appointment. Donna came over and put me completely at ease. She was completely non-judgmental, listened to me thoughtfully, and sent me a quote when she got back to her office. The paperwork they sent was very professional and thorough. I've had cleaning people before, but Maug Cleaning was so on top of things that I felt immediately comfortable with them. The first time Bri and Ray came, they set right to work and tackled my clutter and the dirt beneath it. It took longer than a normal visit because there was so much to do. Now that we're on a regular bi-weekly schedule, they breeze through in a little less than an hour. And they wash the floor on their hands and knees! I don't think my floor has ever been cleaned on hands and knees. Maug Cleaning rocks. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Says they will work with your budget and get rude if you say you can't afford it. Had Donna from Maug come out - she is the nicest woman, very reassuring that we could cater my cleaning to my budget. She was super awesome to have in house, in fact I would be friends with her! Loved her. Got my quote and it's $45 more than I can afford. I told her that, and the attitude I received back was that this is what it would cost and I wouldn't get a good clean unless I paid this. This is where I became uncomfortable. I was told they would find a way to stick to my budget, and now if I don't do what they say I won't get good service? I signed the proposal on the word that we could work with it and play with it while I waited to hear back from their scheduler. Same time a financial emergency arose and cleaning is now entirely out of my budget. When the scheduler called, I explained the situation very kindly. She immediately jumps to "you still have to pay $70 for signing the proposal." No. That's unacceptable. I have the paperwork provided and nowhere in it does it say that a $70 fee will be assessed if you get a quote, I do remember Donna mentioning the fee if we went through and scheduled and then cancelled. I only received the bid, and under pressure from the sales girl and promise of editing - signed it. Nowhere before I signed THE PROPOSAL (not an agreement of service) did they reiterate or emphasis that this was the point of no return or a fee would be assessed if an emergency arose and I was unable to have them clean. THEY NEVER CLEANED. They provided an estimate. And now they say i owe $70. AVOID THEM! They say they care about their customers - they only care about money.
