The machine he uses is an extractor, not a steam cleaner (as shown on his website) looked like an old rug doctor. The stains did not come out in multiple areas, and was soaking wet (like squish through your toes wet) when done. 2 days later my bedroom is damp, I mean the entire bedroom, bed linens etc all damp and after coming home from work, house stank so bad we had to open the windows, so deodorizing? Yeah, no. Not at all. Just like the old rug doctors that no one cleaned, it added odor, didn't take it out.
