I did a Google and Yelp search for carpet cleaning companies. I gave CARPET CLEANING SOLUTIONS a…read morecall for an estimate. As I waited for a call back (there is a high demand for professional carpet cleaning companies in my area and in the fall prior to winter) I continued my research and saw that they had received several 5 Star Google reviews. They returned my call within minutes, and we spoke about an estimate and cleaning. During our conversation we talked about pets, and they asked if our dogs could be separated from the carpet which needed to be cleaned. For both protection (all of us) and so they didn't get in the way. I admired that they had put the thought into this question and respectively asked for permission beforehand. I made an appointment and could be seen within the week. Chris showed up and I have to say he did a fantastic job. I thought for sure the carpet would need to be replaced due to heavy traffic but he was able to clean it so nobody could see what it had looked like previously. Even the dogs!! My husband said it should've been done years ago. Chris kept up a friendly banter and I feel that I got to know him well and we parted as friends. If I could give CARPET CLEANING SOLUTIONS a million-star review for their service, efficiency and friendliness I would. But I was only allowed 5 Stars. I very highly recommend them.

He cleaned our filthy stairs, area rug, two bedrooms and a hall in just a few hours. Tom took time to pretreat spots and spend extra time on really dirty high traffic areas.
