As I waited for a call back (there is a high demand for professional carpet cleaning companies in my area and in the fall prior to winter) I continued my research and saw that they had received several 5 Star Google reviews. They returned my call within minutes, and we spoke about an estimate and cleaning. During our conversation we talked about pets, and they asked if our dogs could be separated from the carpet which needed to be cleaned. For both protection (all of us) and so they didn't get in the way. I admired that they had put the thought into this question and respectively asked for permission beforehand. I made an appointment and could be seen within the week. Chris showed up and I have to say he did a fantastic job. I thought for sure the carpet would need to be replaced due to heavy traffic but he was able to clean it so nobody could see what it had looked like previously. Even the dogs!! My husband said it should've been done years ago. Chris kept up a friendly banter and I feel that I got to know him well and we parted as friends. If I could give CARPET CLEANING SOLUTIONS a million-star review for their service, efficiency and friendliness I would. But I was only allowed 5 Stars. I very highly recommend them.

Brian was amazing to work with on the exterior project. He was very conscientious and talked to us throughout the project to make sure it was done the way we wanted it. We love the final product and now will have little maintenance to keep up the house exterior. Though space was minimal, CS staff helped us to devise a workable plan to get the storage we wanted in our master bedroom without adding onto the house. We got additional closet space in our master bedroom that we needed, a beautiful walk-in shower, and bathroom update. Jon and his crew did a nice job with the interior remodel. CS Construction installed new siding in fall of 2025. Initially the work was going very well and I…read morewas satisfied until they said it was complete. The stored my heavy glass storm door in its frame on it's side and hinges on rough uneven landscaping rock in full sun all day for 6 days. I took it for granted that they must know what they're doing. Was I wrong. They re-hung the door leaving over a 1/2 inch gap on the open side exposing the latch, which was barely catching, so didn't really stay closed. Their answer to fix this was to loosen a few screws on that side of the frame so it would shift towards the door. So, the frame is loose, a good yank and it would all come down and the gap was still over 3/8 inch. I called again. They don't return calls or respond to emails. I finally took time off without pay and had to to go the office. They came a 2nd time. Tightened the screws they loosened and adjusted it from the hinge side. Sure, the gap is acceptable, but now the door handle butts up against the door jamb. I have to use the handle to lift up the door to work the lock and open and close the door. Chris, the owner, tells me it's an old door and I didn't purchase it through them so he basically isn't going to do anything. He has insulted me and shown me disrespect at every turn. Treating me like I'm a stupid and know nothing about hanging a door. Actually, I do and have hung doors in the past. Too old and have arthritis now though. Remember above, I stated how they store it after THEY removed it. I did some research and found out that will damage the door frame causing it to warp and also damage the hinges causing issues like sticking and difficulty opening and closing the door. As soon as they removed it and stored it, it became their responsibility to ensure it wasn't damaged and that they re-hung t correctly afterwards. I didn't expect it to hang like a brand new door, but I do expect it to work properly as it did before they touched it. They also have to fix a couple of pieces of siding which were hung badly and hanging half off, which I noticed a few days after they finished. It wasn't due to any storm damage either. Lesson learned. I paid a lot of money for a professionalism, but surely didn't get it. Don't get me wrong the foreman for my job was great. The rest not so much and Chris, well I won't say what I think of him. I will never recommend them and will go out of my way to tell people to steer clear of them solely because of Chris.

Their attention to detail and workmanship is exceptional! Eli does his best to research each project to ensure the best job and end result possible. I also noticed that his crew truly like and and respect Eli as a leader and he, in-turn, appreciates and respects his team members. That is definitely Star Quality in my book! The projects this crew did for me over the summer and into the fall of 2025 were immense and sometimes tedious, due to the age of house and vintage detailing. No one complained about the hard work and long days, and they accomplished so much! Believe me; they went above and beyond any painters that I have ever hired, and I have hired some of the best! The work ethic and passion for what they do resulted in my friends, family and neighbors noticing, and quite a few of them have hired Top Hat Painting to do painting projects for them or will be in the near future.
