I called Maug Cleaning and made appointments twice for Donna to come over, look at my house, listen to what I wanted, and give me a quote. I ended up canceling both appointments because I was ashamed of the mess. Finally, I made and kept an appointment. Donna came over and put me completely at ease. She was completely non-judgmental, listened to me thoughtfully, and sent me a quote when she got back to her office. The paperwork they sent was very professional and thorough. I've had cleaning people before, but Maug Cleaning was so on top of things that I felt immediately comfortable with them. The first time Bri and Ray came, they set right to work and tackled my clutter and the dirt beneath it. It took longer than a normal visit because there was so much to do. Now that we're on a regular bi-weekly schedule, they breeze through in a little less than an hour. And they wash the floor on their hands and knees! I don't think my floor has ever been cleaned on hands and knees. Maug Cleaning rocks. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I told her that, and the attitude I received back was that this is what it would cost and I wouldn't get a good clean unless I paid this. This is where I became uncomfortable. I was told they would find a way to stick to my budget, and now if I don't do what they say I won't get good service? I signed the proposal on the word that we could work with it and play with it while I waited to hear back from their scheduler. Same time a financial emergency arose and cleaning is now entirely out of my budget. When the scheduler called, I explained the situation very kindly. She immediately jumps to "you still have to pay $70 for signing the proposal." No. That's unacceptable. I have the paperwork provided and nowhere in it does it say that a $70 fee will be assessed if you get a quote, I do remember Donna mentioning the fee if we went through and scheduled and then cancelled. I only received the bid, and under pressure from the sales girl and promise of editing - signed it. Nowhere before I signed THE PROPOSAL (not an agreement of service) did they reiterate or emphasis that this was the point of no return or a fee would be assessed if an emergency arose and I was unable to have them clean. THEY NEVER CLEANED. They provided an estimate. And now they say i owe $70. AVOID THEM! They say they care about their customers - they only care about money.

We hired Pristine Pro to clean our windows. The bid seemed high but they said it included cleaning…read morescreens and sills. In addition to our exte windows they were also cleaning the class on our french doors and lighted cabinets, and vacuuming our interior soffit. Mixed result. Everyone was very nice and polite and the basic window cleaning was great. However, the crew was young and didn't seem to have a clear plan on who was doing what which is possibly why things were not done. Attention to detail was lacking. Several sills were not wiped at all including a couple where there were even dead flies left behind. One of the glass cabinets was completely missed. Furniture that was moved to access the glass was not put back. There was even a disagreement between two of the workers with one suggesting the other was just standing around. Kind of felt they didn't care so much about the quality of their work and there was obvious no checks done to make sure everything had been done much less done well. I reached out via email including attaching photos but received no response. Invoice was sent via email 10 days later with no reflection of adjustment for missed work. Would'nt hire them again.

They took the screens to have them repaired and stated they would bring them back in a week. Two months later still no screens and they have not been out to restrain the affected shakes! I have made several attempts to contact them by phone and by email with no success! At this point I just what my damaged screens back or pay for replacements as replacements are not cheap! Since they haven't responded to any of my attempts I am not very hopeful this will be resolve. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer service! I would not recommend them.

When our Furnace went out on New Year's Eve evening, Erv Smith responded within 30 minutes and after a lot of work got the furnace operating again to get us through the holiday. They even provided us with 4 heaters in case the Furnace went out again. I worked with them on several bids and had them install a new Trane 97% efficient Unit on January 5. The installer team was great, cleaned up everything and hauled away our old Furnace. Over the many homes and years, we have owned in 6 states around the USA, I have had to install 5 furnace units.
