When requests are made for cleaning, it is nearly impossible to tell if anything is done. Buildings are allowed to turn to shambles, as boards remain broken, unpainted, etc. Moreover, they continually raise rents and nickel and dime for basic services (water, garbage, rent payment portal fees) and say they are not responsible for plumbing issues. Everything is to be charged to the tenants.

Nope texts me saying he will send his crew back out the following Friday. So again this puts us out of our house for 3 more days. We return on Sunday and the floor is improved but you can see how they thinly put layer of urethane on, waves were seen in floor. The floor was not properly patched where the nails cracked cement. Flake was blown under the doors and into other rooms. A large round object left an imprint in floor.

We paid $300 each time (the movers only spent about 30 minutes doing the work, but they've got a 1 hour minimum charge). Because this was such a small job, they scheduled it both days to happen after the crew had finished a bigger job in the morning, so we ended up getting a ~4 hour window for when they would show up, which worked out fine for our needs. I believe if you hire them to do a full house move or something similar, they would give you a more definitive time for when they'd show up. We had two movers come, and they were able to move everything we needed them to without issue. They were careful with our furniture, including our glass cabinets and tables, and nothing was broken. It was the same two people who came both times, so the second time they already knew where all the furniture went and required very little guidance.

The crew showed up and stated they could not perform the job that was quoted and would need to sell me additional services to complete. I refused.
