The one year warranty was in the rear view mirror. Korger's listened to our plight and took action with the manufacturer and advocated for us. Since I am not a professional painter, I don't buy huge quantities of paint. This doesn't effect the level of service I am given at all. Something that can't be said for all paint stores. As if their high level of customer service isn't enough to keep me coming back, I love the paint that they sell. Goes on perfectly and even years after painting still looks great. I have repainted the interior of our whole house and never have had a problem with any of the colors I have used. They can even match colors of random paint chips you bring in. The scheduled meeting was at 7:30 this morning. I took off work which I usually head in about 5am. At 7:50 I make a call to find out where the guy was who was going to look at the project. I was told he had to run to the office early this morning and is on the phone right now. .......... Soooo my time is not worth anything? If a person forgot the appointment I can understand. But I was told differently and as I hung up on them I heard him asking if they could reschedule. A little late for that. Very inconsiderate. I'll be going another direction.
