I recently used DocuCopies to print an autobiography that I had written. The process of uploading files to their system was easy for a non-technical person like me, the pricing was fair, and the customer support (Kara) was excellent. Most importantly, the final product was something I was very proud to present to friends and family, Print quality, paper quality, binding......all excellent. What a great company to find. read more

Docucopies is amazing in all areas! I've used them for many years for employee benefit communications. The website it very easy to use, and they've been kind to call if they have a question. Yesterday, the Friday before Memorial Day, I was almost in tears. I had a rush order I needed delivered by the day after Memorial Day. When I say they put for extra effort, I have no idea what kind of mountains they moved to get it done. I've forever grateful. read more

They did an amazing job on a 80 page double-sided color print job and were literally 1/3 of the price of the big shops out there. Very happy I found them! Will definitely use them again! Turn times were right in line with what their online calendar expected. Was an "out of state" print job for me but arrived perfectly packed and collated the way I ordered it. Thanks so much DocuCopies!! read more

I had a great experience with DocuCopies. I needed a full-color, double-sided flyer printed on recycled cardstock. When I priced it out locally, it was crazy expensive, and they didn't have as many options for different paper types. I was really nervous about doing it online because it was close to the event, and I envisioned having to print them all out at home at the last minute if DocuCopies screwed it up (btw, I'm SO glad I didn't- I tested a few and they looked kind of sad compared to the ones by DocuCopies). DocuCopies did an amazing job, though; the flyers are so clear and vibrant. Did I pay a lot more to rush ship? Yes, which was fair to my mind since I had a last-minute order. But, I ordered on 1/15, and I had the (carefully packaged) flyers on 1/17. It was $200, about half that for the rush cost. However, my local FedEx wanted over $500, and I didn't even have to leave the house to get mine through DocuCopies. I have absolutely no regrets about using DocuCopies, and I plan to recommend them and use them again. I'll try to get my next order in with more lead time, but still so happy I found them. Oh, they also responded super quickly when I asked them for a preview! read more

I've been using DocuCopies for eight years to print a spiral-bound book that I wrote for high school students. Let me tell you, this company really takes the stress out of the printing side of things and they are incredibly easy to work with! Their web-based platform is excellent. You can easily upload your files, set your specifications, and know exactly what your final price will be with no hidden charges. Delivery is on time and the product is of good quality. Their customer service is top-notch. Only once in eight years did I have a problem with my order and they were on it immediately. I do my due diligence and periodically check out the competition to see what other options are out there, but I always end up staying with DocuCopies. I recommend them very highly, and you'll understand why once you start doing business with them. read more

These guys are GREAT! Fast, friendly & efficient service, that's all one can ask! I found them on the internet and discovered they had been in business since 1988; figuring if they can stay in business that long, they must not be all bad - I called and ordered a sample packet - the sales rep. was just that - fast, friendly & efficient - answered all my questions, sent me a sample of the paper products and explained a little about the process. I was ordering custom calendars ( a different pic for every month). The process was easy - I made a *.pdf file of my calendar - uploaded it to their site - a small glitch occurred when my paper size was A4 and not letter sized - but the customer service people converted it for me and resent me the file for my approval. 10 minutes later it was off to print! My shipment came from their new (6 month old) facility in San Luis Obispo (I'm in California) so in 1 week, door-to-door my process was done! Believe me, I could not get the same quality for the price locally. From beginning to end, this process was a breeze. I can't recommend these guys enough! DocuCopies ROCKS! read more

As a small business owner, I'm learning the "ropes" and using an out of state printing service had me nervous. Well have no fear with DocuCopies as they really do deliver in all ways and are very communicative. This situation, I never would have thought an online printer could do better than local - but they did! I called mid-Thursday morning in a panic needing a postcard job done by Friday night as I had an event to do Saturday morning. My local quote was a smack in the face of over $450 for 250 postcards double sided. DocuCopies did the job of a little over a hundred but get this, I received 600 double sided postcards even using rush delivery spending a little over $100. I ordered by 1 PM Thursday and received the beautiful postcards by Friday 12 PM! I've also used them colored copy printing which has been fantastic as well as making booklets. They are very good to check with you on the job so it's done to what you like. Detail oriented and quality. Everything I've done with them has been top-rate. It's been amazing using an online printer like them! Try them out! read more

I was unsure about ordering copies online but I couldn't be happier with the copies or the level of service. When I accidentally made a mistake in my order the customer service representative noticed it and called me to clarify what I wanted done. Now that is excellent service! read more

I am creating an economics class for my students. I asked this company to make (print) play money for this endeavor. The bills resemble Monopoly money except the bills have an eagle on them. Eagle is the school mascot. The bills would be in two colors, gray on the front and green on the back. I was treated so badly by both the representative and the manager I spoke to. I was told they can't print any US currency or anything resembling US currency. Then I was told for them to even consider this it has to go through their legal department. On top of this, they sent me an e mail showing me the law that says they can't print US currency. What a ridiculous response to my inquiry. Needless to say, I have already spoken to other printing companies who are happy to help. read more

These folks run a web version of their business, www.docucopies.com. The most afforable way to get full COLOR copies done. They did a GREAT job for me.. Rediculously inexpensive, super quality, fast shipping. Saved me at least $1000 over printing locally. Nice going DocuCopies! read more

I was a little nervous about using an online company because of reviews I'd read about other companies. However there seemed to be a lot of positive reviews for docucopies (though some had been filtered) so I figured it wouldn't hurt to at least give them a call. From the first conversation I felt completely comfortable with their professional demeanor, and all the way through the completion of the job they were as helpful as could be. I've already recommended them to a number of people at my university (also, they give an education discount) and hope this review helps someone who might be in the same position I was. read more

They are seriously the best. They've been very proactive, messaging ME when there might be a slight issue. They've committed to taking comps in-house and double checking small details before running the whole batch. They've been quick to respond. Plus, the final product is high-quality, and their prices are INCREDIBLE. I recommend them regularly to anyone with a serious print job. Five stars. read more

For the last two years, I have ordered through the DocuCopies website and had a wonderful experience. My review will mainly be about this year's experience. You really can't beat the costs. Plus, they send out coupons all the time. They even allowed me to apply a coupon on the day it expired, pay for the order, but wait to upload until a few days later once the document was final! This saved the organization a good amount of change. Their customer service is great! I learned from my 1st year with them to ask my questions before head prior to the day of the order just to save me some hair on my head. They answered all of my questions within 3 hours via email. I really do appreciate their timely correspondences. The final produce ALWAYS come is AWESOME. It matters because this is the first time many of the families see their child in a program book. It's always professional, great quality and shipped on time, if not early. Highly recommend and will continue to use for ALL my major event printing needs. read more

I needed last minute print outs for a conference I was attending for work and was quoted $400-$600 at other larger local companies. Did a quick google search and found DocuCopies who saved the day! I will admit I was very skeptical at first but read the reviews and went with it since I had nothing to lose. This company did the job I needed plus expedited shipping for only $230. $400 less than fed ex and staples, wow! I was very pleased with service. Anyone who has been in a bind/time crunch for work understands how happy I was for my order to arrive perfectly intact and on time for the show. I wish I could give this place 100 stars!!! I'm so grateful and satisfied. Will be doing business again. Thank you!!! read more

I ordered through their website and had a great experience. Their customer service is great! I had submitted a design that lacked embed-able fonts and they brought this to my attention right away. They also discovered that I had the new font overlapping the old font on a page i had missed. Mind you, i changed the fonts on 28 pages. I missed one page and they found it after the first test print, was notified of the urgent issue and once i correct the issue everything still shipped on time thanks to their timely correspondence with me via email. Oh dang, I almost forgot. Their prices are out of this world reasonable! They even emailed me when i only ordered 28 prints to add 2 to get free shipping which would cancel out the 15 dollars i would've forked over originally, that's like 2 free prints + unintentional discount offered. I would have lost out big time if they didn't let me know at the start about that. Thank you big time! They cared enough to let me know of all the issues and delivered great prints. Definitely consider using their services. read more

Docucopies is quite simply amazing. They are always incredibly fast really accurate, and produce amazing copies for us. We do large quantities of spiral bound books and they always look incredible. Their customer service is second to none, and over the many years that we've used the service, with literally never had a problem. I wish everybody we dealt with were as diligent as they are. read more

Our small nonprofit (LACAFoundation.Org) has a 4-page quarterly newsletter for about 600 regular donors. DOCUcopies.com has great products, non-profit pricing, and service. Their website is easy to navigate and their turnaround for us is typically about 5 business days. Tip: If you send it on a Friday night through Sunday, it won't be seen until Monday so you still have the weekend to review your work (my experience). I have looked and searched for a better deal and, believe me, DOCUcopies.com is the best deal around. As such, we have been using them for the past 3 years and have not looked back. The price point is about $150 so get a minimum of 500 copies to get the optimal deal. For 600 copies we pay about $182 with free shipping (with our non-profit discount). Make the jump. These guys are great! read more

DocuCopies is freakin amazing. We have gone to them for many years now, and they are 1) consistently high quality; 2) super prompt; 3) extremely honest: and 4) very affordable. They give new meaning to the phrase "above and beyond". On numerous occasions they've even caught our errors and contacted us saying "are you sure you want this this way?" Every time I've dealt with folks from DocuCopies, I am dealing with a real person who genuinely cares about performing a quality job. I own a small business, and I can't tell you how much easier our lives are, after having found DocuCopies. read more

I was worried about pricing versus quality when I first found Docucopies. I had just priced my project with FedEx and the cost was going to be almost 4 times what Docucopies quoted. Time was of the essence for me so I went ahead and placed my order on-line, up-loaded my files and within the week the completed run was at my door. This could not have been a simpler process from start to finish. I opened the box and found to my relief an exceptional product finished exactly as I envisioned and wanted. The quality is so good I do not understand how they can do it so cheaply in comparison to the other guys. I will be coming back for many more orders and will tell everyone in this business (Desktop Publishing) about Docucopies. Thank you Don C. read more

As a Graphic Designer I was commissioned to create a weekly planner. I searched for a good printing service to make a wire-bound weekly planner with high quality color and paper. DocuCopies offered to do the whole job for more than half the price of every company I spoke with, which made me skeptical to the kind of quality I was going to get. I called and spoke with the sales rep over the phone who helped me greatly and explained the process. I received a hard proof to inspect the quality and the client and I couldn't have been more happy about how it turned out. I placed the order and within a week and a half I had 100 planners at my doorstep. Friendly, helpful, and excellent quality for an absolutely UNBEATABLE price. read more

As you can see, I don't make too many reviews. This is my second one since starting this account over a year ago. The only reason I even started an account is because I was so furious at the service I got. So, it's only fair that I do a review for a company who is so completely awesome! I make little art magazines, not a big thing, just 50 or so copies. I use a Xerox laser printer, but the ink is so expensive, even the off label kind, and the stapling, and so on, that it is just so much more effective to have them done at Docucopies. They helped me through the whole process... and when there was a little hiccup in the communication with one of the other workers, the original person I was dealing with jumped in and cleared the situation. Other companies, you would have gotten a shrug. THEN, she tells me that I misordered, and corrects the amount I owe IN MY FAVOR. The printing was super quick. The quality was great for the price. And they threw in some gifts just to take up the empty space in the box. There is such a great feeling when you're dealing with good old fashioned customer service. read more

I definitely recommend them!!! At first I was hessitant about ordering from Docucopies.com because I had never heard about this company before. After going on their website, reading the reviews and seeing how low the prices were compared to other stores like Staples or Kinkos I decided to place an order. I placed an order for 1000/one page calendars and they were colored. Just on this first order I saved over $270 by going through Docucopies instead of Staples. I was nervous to see my order, but when it came in (which I might add, was very quickly) they looked great! I will definitely be ordering from them from now on! read more

Using an online printing service is a little scary since you're not quite sure what quality of product you will receive. You can trust you will be in good hands with DocuCopies. I found their information on a google search for "cheap color copies". I uploaded my document and the company contacted me via email about some problems. I had failed to check full bleed and the document was set up to be a full bleed. They took the time to make sure my copies were exactly what I wanted. You can rest assured you will be in good hands with DocuCopies! read more

I discovered Docucopies.com this year. I work in a high school theatre department and our budget is miniscule. Through an internet search a student and I found these guys and thought what have we got to lose? They were SO much cheaper than anyone else ANYWHERE for color 11x 17 posters for our show. We were so pleasantly surprised! I just received my second order from them and they are just as I had hoped. And, I must mention, on our first order I sent something incorrectly and their customer service was wonderful. They emailed with me back and forth until I got it right. So, great customer service, fabulous prices...they have a customer for life! read more

I am director of a project that produces lots and lots of reports that must look really good and be prepared very quickly - often with lots of little details to pay attention to. I found Docucopies.com two years ago on line, and we have been really happy with them. They do good printing at a good price, and they are pleasant to work with when we have to arrange things like spine printing, proof copies, page orientation, mixed color and black and white pages, and more. Even though we may only print 20-30 copies at a time. Normally I would prefer to support a local business, rather than order out on the web, but these guys are better to work with than anyone here in Berkeley (CA), and they do do their work at their facility in Wisconsin. ...I can support Wisconsin. :) read more

Trust me (and all the other reviews you see here). Don't waste your time shopping all your local big box locations, or other online vendors. They are a great printing company w/good turnaround time, prices, communication, and quality. Saved me dollars and time.

I was in charge of creating a yearbook for my son's elementary school. To save $$$, I used Microsoft Publisher to created the yearbook and Docucopies was recommended for the printing. I was a little nervous using an online printing company, but they completely exceeded my expectations. I didn't know the publisher I was using was outdated. I was having a difficult time converting it to PDF file to upload to docucopies and worried that it would delay the printing in time for the end of the school year. Kara from the SoCal office was super helpful. They were able to convert my file over from the Pub, no problem at all. I ended up having to make a last min change when I noticed the page numbers were running into students names on the proof and they were able to repeat the process on my updated copy the very next day. After finalizing the proof early the next morning, it went straight into printing and was picked up for shipping that same evening! I received them in NorCal the very next day, and that was one day earlier then my expected delivery window even after all the converting and proofing issues I encountered. And the cost for a 32 page yearbook came out to about $3.50! This was great for my rural school. The PTO ended up buying every family a copy due to it being the first year and dealing with Covid so this didn't break our bank and felt good doing so. Everything arrived nicely packed. We'll definitely be using them again next year. read more

I needed 125 copies of a one page color document printed for an event. My local print shops were outrageous so I searched for cheap color copies online and was intrigued with DocuCopies "claim" that color copies were only 5 cents a copy. While they are cheaper, even with shipping, than local print companies, they don't tell you until you start to order that they charge you a set up fee. The 5 cents a color copy shot up to 27 cents a copy when the setup fee was added. There are other online printers who do not charge a set up fee. This fee should have been stated up front. Going elsewhere with my business. read more

Docucopies made printing our annual report a horrible experience. We were recommended their services and were happy to see their affordable pricing, but that was the only highlight of this whole endeavor. After several rounds of edits, we approved a final proof for printing. One week later, we received the hard copies that were printed with none of our corrections included. Our representative, although they expedited shipping, did not offer any solutions or any sort of gesture of good will to make up for their mistakes. On top of it all, they charged us for making the edits that they originally did not make. Overall, this process has taken multiple weeks instead of being a quick turnaround as we had originally hoped, holding up our mailing. read more

The BEST printing company I have ever worked with. Fast, efficient, beautiful prints, AND CHEAP! I was quoted ~$1,300 for the documents I needed printed at Kinkos and Office Max, and was only charge $250 through DocuCopies. I was hesitant that the end product would be something completely different I had in mind,...or very low quality because of the low price. I was completely wrong and this company delivered (ON TIME) the exact product I was hoping for and even better!
