However, I was asked to send an email with pictures of everything that I had as it got closer to the moving day, which is exactly what I did! I had a lot of stuff and I sent videos and pictures of all of it. When the crew showed up, they brought a small truck with only three people. They end up having to call more people and get another which in the end costed me an extra $1700 on top of my quote. Things were broken $5000 bed ruined $1500 hutch chipped legs broke off. Then when they went to go put the stuff garage because we couldn't get into the they put the stuff for the in the far back corner of the garage the stuff from the basement around that and then the stuff from all of the around so it literally took us seven days just to get to the box with sheets in the very back of the garage! The whole time the only thing that these guys were worried about was how long they were going to have to work that day! When I texted the number to tell them that I was unpleased with the service, the owner or manager, they really didn't specify. Then told me that they would give me $200 for all of my broken Christmas stuff and totes, but instead of compensating me, they would come and pick up my bed to fix it the China hutch or they would give me $.60 a pound!! for the bed they may be giving me 600 bucks if they follow through I still haven't heard back from them!! I moved in a month ago! I do not recommend this company! Everything was botched the crew didn't communicate with Office or vice versa. Nothing was treated with respect and then at the very end after all of this, they pretty much have told me that they have no intentions of compensating me for the total amount of damages!!

The couple of people that helped get it checked out and back in were friendly and helpful. This specific location has a terrific supply of packing materials, ranging from boxes to tape, and even straps that you can buy. The truck was great. Everything worked. It had a dolly and set of packing blankets inside the truck if you need those extras. You simply cut the cable-tie, and then you will be charged once you bring it back.

Horrendous experience working with these people. They first wanted to charge over $500 to ship an…read moreitem UNDER freight weight. They then told us we had to hand palletize the item and bring it back in another day. After complying with their demands they refused the package saying they had no way of handling it. They then said they could schedule a pick up but another day but that I had to bring it back but they refused to insure the item. This after saying they wouldn't ship it. The older female working then jumped in saying the whole item was too large and it must be taken directly to the main fedex hub but when I called Fedex they told me Pakmail was the place they would pick it up. I wasted shipping days, 110 dollars on supplies to pack it as they demanded and I still haven't been able to ship it. I was able to contact UPS and found the shipping actually came to $197 dollars and they would come directly to my home and take care of everything for me. I found them to be rude, unhelpful and their lack of knowledge is a disservice to all. Cut out the middle man folks....
