SOMEONE GET THIS MAN A CAPE!BRAVO, Anderson Moving!!!…read more Jake is a CANDID, PROFESSIONAL, MOTIVATED GO-GETTER WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND HIGH REGARD FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. He is punctual, efficient, and forthright. His leadership sets a great tone for the crew and he regards his employees as family. Some are! His son Jacob and mover Roman joined him on this job. I needed a piano moved from Minnetonka, MN to my home in Wausau, WI. As luck would have it, Jake was doing a move in Minnetonka on the day I hoped to make this happen, so he picked the piano up for me on his way back to WI. Delivered it to my home the very next day. It couldn't have gone better! This is the second time I've called on Jake. The first was in 2018 when my other mover had fallen through, and I happened to notice Jake and his crew did WAUSAU moves where I live. Called him on a Wednesday, and he fit me into his Thursday Wausau schedule (another irony) so I could be in my new apt. by the weekend. Wow, wow, wow!

They actually reduced our cost from the original estimate because we didn't use as much space as we thought we would. Our furniture arrived intact and very little movement inside the trailer. The only draw back: we had to wait an additional 4 days for our furniture due to a late scan at our local facility and those we missed scheduling the drop off by 2 hours (the computer updated at 9pm on Friday when the shipment came in that afternoon and the call center closed at 8pm. Thus we had to wait Saturday Sunday and into Monday morning before we could get our stuff scheduled for delivery on Tuesday instead of Wednesday.
