Ok, so my family and I have ordered from this company in previous years and had zero issues. This year though? They blew it. Hard. I will NOT be ordering from this company ever again. I was that disappointed. I ordered our matching Christmas pajamas the day after Thanksgiving (November 29th, 2024). By December 16th, I had not received any kind of update on shipping so I emailed their customer service. Now, it's important to note, there's no way to call them or contact them otherwise. And their customer service page says not to email them more than once or it could continue to move your inquiries to the back of their line. By Christmas, I hadn't received any kind of response back and still no shipping notification, my order still just said "Processing". Finally, on JANUARY THIRD (!!!) I received a notification that my order was in transit. Still no response from their customer service. Ultimately, my order was delivered on the 7th of January. Still no response from their customer service, even as I type this today. Ultimately, I'm returning my order. To which, again, I have issues! I went through their webpage and can't get the return label to load. Now, I'm contacting their customer service again (I'm doubting they even exist at this point). Seriously, why on earth would I order matching Christmas pajamas for my family to not be able to wear them on Christmas???? Overall, zero stars. I don't recommend. Not even a little bit. Pajamagram I had the worst experience with Pajamagram do not order from this company. I mistakenly clicked on the ad that I repeatedly saw for the matching holiday pajamas, browsing through the ad, I had stupidly thought for the price of these pajamas they must be a quality and worth to try and had put in an order on November 27 2024 - On December 9 I sent an email asking for an update regarding my order with all of my order information. I had received an email back that they were overwhelmed with the high demand of orders and please do not send another email because it may interfere with the time and order that someone will get back to me. I had given them time then I received multiple emails if I want to continue with my order and receive a a discount on a future order or cancel my order and receive a refund pending shipment -had requested to please cancel my order and fully refund me. Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 pairs on 12/2 and finally received one pair on 1/14. They cancelled the order on the second pair even though we wanted them both. When we got the credit, it wasn't the full credit. We have ordered from them before and been very satisfied. I'm not sure what happened to the company. The 800 number doesn't work. The only communication we could get was through the website email. We got the same answer to the 7 or more request for help which led me to believe the responses are AI generated. I purchased a pajama and slipper set for my grandmother for Christmas 2024. I received the charge to my credit card, but never received order details via email (didn't even have an order number) and my grandmother never received the gift that I ordered her. They don't have a phone number posted on their website for customer service, just an email inbox. I sent an email, got a case number, and was never contacted about my complaint besides an automated response. I followed up three times before contacting the Better Business Bureau. Turns out Vermont Teddy Bear is the parent company of Pajamagram. I am really shocked at how poor this experience has been. This used to be a reputable company. I should have checked reviews before submitting an order. Fingers crossed the BBB is able to bring some justice to the situation. I think this company is a scam. I ordered family pajamas for six on or around Dec. 1.... after or near new years the boys pajama arrived. OF COURSE they were the three pairs that cost of $60 each. Literally they ordered this from China or somewhere over seas ONCE we ordered. They looked SO cheap and feel worse.... such a scam. OH and the girls pajamas that order was totallyt cancelled because why? Those were each $20! Such a huge bummer entire family was excited kids are ages 21-25 and sign others. There is no service. I can't get through to their customer service number, it tells me that no one is available to take my call and to call on another business day, which I've done every business day. As requested I've emailed them with numerous questions and problems, and even have the case numbers to prove it - and still one month later no response! I wish I had saw the previous reviews. I finally did get a refund but since it is a tradition I found a pair on Amazon at the last minute. I received those but it's the poorest quality ever. Be very careful about ordering from this site. The quality is not what it used to be, but even more concerning is that they make it very difficult if not impossible to return items. To get to returns, you have to send them a message via their website. It's been about 7 days, and I have still haven't heard back. In addition, when you call their service line, one of two things happens: You get a message saying that there is no staff member available and to go to their website, or some strange promotions line trying to sell you something.
