After digging around all the Pajamagram sites I found another number - to hear the message that "no representative is available." I've gotten that message for the last 2 days. I literally have used Pajamagram for YEARS! I ordered 7 (matching pajamas) on December 9th, 2024. Only one individual was sent. I have called everyday at varying times....multiple times a day and I keep getting the same recording that a live agent is not available. How can a company called Pajamagram struggle to ship pajamas? Well this one does. They have disconnected their customer service phone number so the only way to contact them is to submit a ticket. When they do not answer the ticket, they discourage sending another one as it will put you at the bottom of the list. We'll after 4 weeks of waiting with no answer, I tried again. No response. Brutal customer service, no responsiveness and horrible experience. I have disputed the charges on my credit card as I was charged and nothing has been delivered. Even though we have ordered from them in the past with no issues this year was totally different. Placed an order on 1 December, 2 weeks later still hadn't heard from them that my purchase shipped so sent an email since they don't have live agents you can speak with. 3 days later they respond "I'm following up with you to let you know that our fulfilment team has become overwhelmed with high holiday volumes and your order is among them. Because we put as much care into hand packing every box as we do into the quality of our products, this means that there is the possibility that your shipment may not make it to you before Christmas. Please know that this delay is not our standard and that it pains us to be letting you, our customer, down. While there is a chance that your order will get to you before the holiday, we want to be completely transparent on delivery times and allow you to make an informed decision. I have ordered from Pajamagram several times and have loved everything I have received. This last experience has been awful and I will never do business with them again. I placed an order December 5, 2024, it is now December 22, 2024 and I have still not received my order or an email giving any indication it's shipped. I have tried calling several times and a message comes on giving the business hours then says a live agent is not available and hangs up. I send emails and I just get an automated email. Then I get an email that says I am sent a partial refund when I look it's for an item I purchased but the refund wasn't even for the full amount so not only am I now not getting my item that I ordered 17 days ago but now I'm being ripped off and stole from. I filed a dispute for fraud with my credit card due to almost zero customer service and no product paid for. The Pajamagram Nameservers point to Cloudflare and Registrar is Network Solutions. I have repeatedly tried to contact customer service regarding a return that I sent back via FedEx on November 22, 2024. Emails and phone calls have been unsuccessful. Today, I received an email from customer service claiming my order has not shipped! It did ship and I did receive it on November 21, I then followed their instructions for return and I have documentation of this including the proof that they received my return. To date I have not gotten my refund as promised. I had to file a claim with my credit card company. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this company. I ordered items on November 29th and finally sent an email to them on December 8th asking for status as I was in a tight timeframe since I have to ship to another state afterwards. I sent a follow up email on December 10th with no response. After reading these reviews, I called my credit card company to dispute the charges. They sent a letter to the company and in the meantime, I sent another email telling them to cancel the order. Less than hour later, I received an email back stating they were looking into the order and they were very backed up due to the upcoming holiday season. I replied to confirm they are going to cancel the order and that they should be aware already that my credit card company also reached out to them with my dispute. Needless to say we were very disappointed given we planned family photos in our matching jammies, but were unable to do so. This refund, of course, never came. After another 2 months and 3 emails from the rep promising to rectify the refund, I've decided they're just here to mess with us. Pajamagram used to be our go to for holiday matching PJ's. You could get them embroidered, they'd come in a nice bag, and the quality was great. This year our order was missing two of the pajamas, the material and fit is terrible and the worst part is that nobody answers the customer service phone number or email. I couldn't figure out what possibly had changed and then researched to see if the company changed ownership. Lo and behold it did. Vermont Teddy Bear sold off Pajamagram in April 2024 to a private equity company. I expect, based on this year's experience for many people, that this company will be closed shortly.
