Coffee bar located inside Cider Corp in DT Mesa! High quality espresso and service. A new go to spot for me!
Gosh, I love this place. A must-visit if you're in the Phoenix area and enjoy third-wave coffee. They have a variety of single origins available for pour over or espresso. We got a wonderful pour over and a cortado - very well balanced and tasty. The ambiance is great too. It's a huge spot with large tables that are great for working during the day. And you can stay all day and enjoy a pizza and a cider later on!
Since returning from Japan we've been searching for a place that has sando sandwiches. We found a place, however it wasn't what we were hoping for. Pair Works is inside Cider Corps. The bar/restaurant is really cool. We ordered some coffee and a sando sandwich. We got our coffee pretty quickly. We did have to wait over 30 minutes for our sandwich. We had to go to the counter to inquire about our. I'm not sure if they forgot or if that's normally how long it takes. Although the sandwich was not horrible it wasn't great. The bread felt a little hard. I did enjoy the pudding/custard that came with the sandwich. I was really excited to try this place but was disappointed with the the wait and the sandwich.
I came here with some pals and it was very fun. The coffee is at the end of the bar, but the rest of the bar is for the regular bar. After I ordered, I sat at the other end of the bar and I sat next to a guy who lives in Mesa but was from Michigan (which is where I'm from). Small world eh? He ordered this pita bread from the restaurant connected to the bar and it was the best pita bread and dip ever! Had such a good time!
Post lunch coffee on a Saturday. Small line, nothing major. The place is located in Cider Corp Taproom. Quick line, order up. Menu covers the standards plus specials. A few pastries and a bit of merch for sale. Service was friendly and fast. I opted or an Americano. Nice balanced roast - none of the acrid flavors you sometimes get at place. Worth a look. N*joy
This coffee counter is located inside the cider shop near downtown mesa. They have a dark, industrial style with tons of indoor seating. First off - what a great menu of options. From pour over to coffee with bubble tea. I tried their seasonal pumpkin latte. I enjoyed the flavors and appreciated that it wasn't overly sweet. The people working the counter were nice! Ill definitely come back.
I've visited Pair Cupworks on a few occasions. It's located inside Cider Corps though they do have their own hours and shared patio and offer ample seating to take advantage inside. It's a great spot for a quick drink to go, meet with a friend, group or work. They share a space with Cider Corps and Mykes Pizza, so multiple spots to enjoy if you're looking for one stop!. As of my review, Pair Cupworks closes daily at 2 or 3. Service is always super friendly and they offer classic coffee and tea beverages which you can get to go or glassware if you're staying on site, as well as a few pastries and on todays visit, they had a burritos. I've had their matcha and cold brew before and have enjoyed Botha's well as some other beverages at their BP location. The only reason for the loss star is for their value. It's 6-7 dollars for a beverage that comes in an 8 ounce glass, which is realistically like 4 ounces of actual beverage with the ice. I do enjoy it, but it's just too expensive for a regular visit for what one gets. Still worth a visit, just set the expectations!
Pair Cupworks makes amazing craft coffee! Pair Cupworks has been on my list for a year or so and finally got to try it a few months ago. It did not disappoint! It's located inside Cider Corps along with Myke's Pizza. I visited during lunch with my group of four. We ordered pizzas from Myke's and coffees from Pair. While I usually stick to a particular latte flavor, I couldn't resist trying their house-made syrup. I went with a hot classic vanilla latte with oat milk. The presentation was beautiful as you can see in my photo, but the latte tasted even better than it looks. It was smooth, rich, and everything you want a latte to be. The vanilla flavor was excellent and had the right amount of sweetness. Highly recommend!
Great drinks and space to catch up with friends. We also ordered from Myke's pizza at our table. It was pretty busy when we arrived around noon on a Saturday, but we were able to grab a table. The red bean hojicha latte was earthy/ grainy but in a good way. My friend ordered the matcha latte and it was good as well.
Never knew this was even here, until Ingot the recommendation from another coffee shop in DTPHX. It's a shared space with a cider pub. The coffee count is at the back of the space. Limited menu, but good coffee. I tried their latte with house made vanilla syrup and it was subtly sweet, the coffee was smooth. Very enjoyable; I will stop by again.
My new go to has just been discovered. Be warned though, this is inside of a restaurant so it can be crowded and may have a wait as the coffee bar is small. Despite this, the barista put his heart and soul into these drinks. He took his time in a "make it good" type way and not a dragging on type way. I got a vanilla chai which tasted yummy and then a vanilla latte. The coffee was so smooth and flavorful I want to buy the beans and make the roast. Overall great and will be going back on a hopefully less busy day.
Unfortunately I could not justify the tiny 10oz $6.23 oatmilk matcha latte that tasted only of oatmilk. There was no taste of matcha, and steamed to the point where it felt like I was drinking air. The cold matcha drinks they were serving were a much vibrant green, whereas my drink was almost white when I took off the lid. It was a disappointment as I drove out of the way to stop here before work. The location is very difficult to find as it's not labeled outside. The servers were friendly enough, and there was a lot of space for working. Maybe I need to come back to try it iced, but I'm wary of spending another $7 on a flavorless cup of milk.
Oh, Pair. You have ruined so many coffee shops for me in the best way. Located in Cider Corps, Pair Cupworks in Mesa is an incredible cafe with friendly, knowledgeable baristas and creative, rotating specials year-round. Most recently, their anime-themed menu has been delightful, with the loveliest miso-flavored latte--perfect with oat milk. I've also loved their black sesame latte (another limited-time special) in the past, and I can't wait to check out what's in store next! I purchased my first box of beans from Pair recently and love that our barista provided recommendations for how to brew it! The team is clearly passionate about what they do, and it shows in the taste (and even the presentation). Did you know even their designs are created in-house? This spot isn't really designed to be a workspace, but it's a great spot for chatting with friends (with *great* chairs), and you can even order a pizza at the booth right next to Pair if you get hungry. I'm becoming a semi-regular weekend visitor and am always excited for my next visit :)

Went here after shopping at Meat Market Vintage, space was so easy to find because of the sign outside! Inside was so cool and definitely worth it for the AC alone lol. The guy who made my drink was so nice and recommended some things to me, I can see why people love this place so much. I would give this a 4.5 star rating if I could, but I unfortunately would like to dock off points for the drink size. It's really small, wish there was more because it was so delicious! But I will be here again to try the Cookie Monster. read more

A little hard to find but this place is inside Cider Corps. Got a matcha latte, it was good nothing crazy but a good option to support a local place. Service is prompt and friendly. If you are looking for a coffee shop to study or work I would probably go elsewhere just because it's a little chaotic with it being inside Cider Corps so you have people drinking and eating pizza etc. read more
First off, we live 45 minutes from this place and I will drive here everyday for some coffee if it was practical to do so. We ordered a basic iced latte and hot mocha. Not only do they serve them in the correct proportions but the service was quick and the end product was delicious. Inside there is plenty of comfortable seating, and the ambiance is excellent. My only complaint is that I didn't try the pizza place right next to them, I suppose I'll just have to go back sooner rather than later. Anyway, come here get some coffee and relax for a while, you will not be disappointed. read more
Yum! I absolutely love cider corps and Mykes pizza, so I was excited to try Pair Cupworks which is inside of cider corps! Everything looked delicious, I wanted to get something off the special menu. The barista recommended the Zelda (I think?) which has strawberry nesquick, I got it with oat milk, I think butterfly pea flower tea, and a choice of espresso or matcha on top. Matcha can be hit or miss for me but I decided to get the matcha as it was recommended! I am glad I did because the drink was amazing! It kinda had a Froot Loops taste, very nostalgic tasting. It was really good. Definitely needs to be stirred first. Would definitely come back here! read more

This place is located inside Cider Works ste.103. The place is very cool looking; clean and very quite in the morning. Excellent spot to drink coffee and have some time to yourself. It's basically a bar and Pair Cupworks is a small potion of the business. They have a very basic menu posted on the glass at the register. I had a Cappuccino and it was pretty good. Note: cup size is pretty small but very strong. Definitely will come again to try there other menu items. read more

I've been meaning to stop by and today I finally did. And you should too because the drinks do not disappoint. Pair Cupworks is located inside Cider Corp- plenty of 2 hour street parking but I also saw many cars park in the parking lot next to Cider Corp. I'm a latte gal and Kimhak has a delicious menu for all coffee lovers. Today I had an iced black sesame latte (delicious, not too sweet but more nutty) and then I had an iced spiced caramel latte (slightly sweeter with a hint of cinnamon spice) both absolutely delicious and there's still a couple more lattes I want to try. Great open space along with outdoor seating too. Today was cloudy so he opened up the side garage door- perfect coffee vibes. read more

I've been coming here since Kimhak was the only barista. When a place of this quality and caliber hires more people, I always get nervous. But the whole team here is excellent at what they do. I've never had a bad drink from PAIR. The drink specials are creative, the pour-overs are smooth, and these guys pull a tasty shot. I will always recommend PAIR as a top spot in the Phoenix Metro Area! read more
Paircup is *the* custom coffee/tea boutique in the Valley. Run by a humble but expert barista/owner Kimhak in the shared location on South Robson with Cider Corps, this coffee/tea experience is not an ad hoc mashup, but a gracious liquid learning room where new tastes are always ready to greet you. My son brought me to paircup to hang out and I've returned 4 times to enjoy Kimhak's creations. I love tea, but know very little about boutique brews. I've learned a lot visiting here. My son enjoys both coffee pours and teas, so he often has both and we sit and chat. If you love expert boutique coffees and/or insightful steeps of tea, you must visit Paircup. Not to be too corny, the room is spacious and the attitude is gracious. You feel like you could linger all morning just talking with a friend or reading a book, all while enjoying the wisdom of expert pours and brews. Check it out friends. read more

My go to local coffee shop located INSIDE Cider corps(also delicious ciders along with Mykes pizza) they change their coffee specials & it's always fun to try them out, the workers are great people who also can make you some awesome latte art. lovely atmosphere and amazing coffee. We came here on a weekday morning for coffee and to get some work done and enjoyed sitting at the big tables and sipping our coffee. We tried an espresso drink and of course the Cookie Monster latte! Both were phenomenal. We also took some cider home with us which we enjoyed later. We'd love to come back in the evening to check it out again! read more

WOW - I am so so happy to have discovered this gem. Hidden inside Cider Corps but literally so legit it was so worth it. I came across their page on IG and was instantly drawn to their seasonal special of hojicha latte - sadly I was out of town during that time and was too late for the game. Never want to miss their specials ever again. Really want to come back and try their black sasame latte next :3 Parking - They have a couple spots off Robson in the front but plenty more on the side Menu - They offer their regular menu but also have specials posted right in the front where you order. When inspiration strikes, you might get lucky with a couple more specials than what's shown on the special menu items. We definitely lucked out and got to try the coconut thai tea slushy in addition to the current special for HK style milk tea latte Payments - They accept credit cards so it will be a seamless transaction to be in line with the COVID madness! read more

I love Pair! This is one of my favorite independent coffee shops. Kim pours a terrific cup of coffee and is great with the latte art. For coffee, I've tried everything from cold brew to hot drinks, including some seasonal specials. For teas, I've had a few now, and would count the Iron Goddess among my favorites. My husband and I also love buying bags of beans to bring home so we can enjoy Pair at home too. Extra bonus points for Eugenia's cute, amazing illustrations that you'll find on the bags of coffee, T-shirts, and stickers. She's super talented! Extra, extra bonus points for Pair introducing us to Cider Corps and Myke's Pizza which we've also grown to love. read more

Hands down best coffee shop in downtown Mesa! The owners put so much thought and care into everything they do. From the coffee selections (that they roast themselves) to the pourover devices (brewing methods) they use, to the design of every bag, sticker, and t shirts, the attention to detail shines. Some of the best coffee I've had, anywhere. I consider myself a coffee aficionado, but at this place, ordering coffee or tea (including the matcha selections) is more like ordering craft beer or wine. I need guidance, and they patiently give it. I've had pour overs, lattes, cappucino, and the iced matcha. It's all highest quality. I don't think they do a regular drip coffee but I guess you can get that anywhere. Cafe de Olla oatmilk latte - cinnamon, clove, allspice, piloncillo - best fall flavored latte ever. Prices are a little higher than other places, but for good reason. And your order can take a little while, but that's because they're about quality. This is also a great place to hang out and get work done (inside Cider Corps). As a bonus, they open at 7. read more

Stopped into this local coffee shop. Kind of confusing vibes, I knew this doubled as a cider house but it was confusing where the coffee menu was. Def has a patriot vibe but then also hipster vibes so kinda confusing- not your typical coffee shop setting. It is a large location with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The best coffee in Mesa, by far! Inside Cider Corps, so a little tricky to find but just look for their sign and you will find Pair inside! Great service and I love the space. Pair is an amazing coffee shop situated inside Cider Corps with an ever-changing selection of coffees and teas. They roast all of their own coffee and have some truly unique drink creations! Hands down the best coffee I've found in the valley. The customer service is topnotch and the atmosphere is chill and inviting. Not to mention the wifi is great and it's easy to find a seat to sit chill, visit, or work. read more
Solid service, great flavors in the coffee. I know that I may not get this, but I like my Cortado hot. I mentioned this and was told to order a cappuccino next time because their Cortado milk was only steamed warm. Probably the only thing holding this back for me. read more
