A little hard to find but this place is inside Cider Corps. Got a matcha latte, it was good nothing crazy but a good option to support a local place. Service is prompt and friendly. If you are looking for a coffee shop to study or work I would probably go elsewhere just because it's a little chaotic with it being inside Cider Corps so you have people drinking and eating pizza etc. read more

First off, we live 45 minutes from this place and I will drive here everyday for some coffee if it was practical to do so. We ordered a basic iced latte and hot mocha. Not only do they serve them in the correct proportions but the service was quick and the end product was delicious. Inside there is plenty of comfortable seating, and the ambiance is excellent. My only complaint is that I didn't try the pizza place right next to them, I suppose I'll just have to go back sooner rather than later. Yum! I absolutely love cider corps and Mykes pizza, so I was excited to try Pair Cupworks which is inside of cider corps! Everything looked delicious, I wanted to get something off the special menu. The barista recommended the Zelda (I think?) which has strawberry nesquick, I got it with oat milk, I think butterfly pea flower tea, and a choice of espresso or matcha on top. Matcha can be hit or miss for me but I decided to get the matcha as it was recommended! I am glad I did because the drink was amazing! It kinda had a Froot Loops taste, very nostalgic tasting. I'm glad someone found a use for a nightlife place and turned into into a morning/daytime coffee shop. When you walk in there are lots of seats. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. The coffee was excellent. I would absolutely go back and get a cup to go. I can't believe I've never noticed this place before?! I am glad to have stumbled upon it because I had one of the most interesting latte flavors I've ever had. The barista recommended the orange creamsicle (or some variation of this name) latte and I was at first reluctant but after the first sip I suddenly understood why they recommended it! This place is located inside Cider Works ste.103. The place is very cool looking; clean and very quite in the morning. Excellent spot to drink coffee and have some time to yourself. It's basically a bar and Pair Cupworks is a small potion of the business. They have a very basic menu posted on the glass at the register. I had a Cappuccino and it was pretty good. Note: cup size is pretty small but very strong. Definitely will come again to try there other menu items. read more

My favorite small coffee stand find in Mesa. A little tricky to locate the first time visiting, as it is inside Cider Corps and that is what is on the door. The specials are always very unique and I look forward to going each month to see what's new. I am a matcha lover, and they definitely do it the right way (often including matcha drinks in their specials list). I do have to say -- I think Pair Cupworks is one of the most solid coffee places in all of the greater Phoenix area and even more so in the East Valley. I dropped by this place on a weekday morning to grab a quick coffee with a friend and was not let down AT ALL. There is plenty of parking near this place and you shouldn't have a hard time finding a spot. It is a small area tucked inside another establishment, but pretty easy to spot. We both went with the black sesame latte and it was SO good. You could really taste the black sesame and it wasn't too sweet or too bitter. Service was friendly and willing to explain the menu which was great. My friend's only gripe was that the sizes were so small and he wanted more since it was delicious -- which I think is a true testament to how good this place was! I've been meaning to stop by and today I finally did. And you should too because the drinks do not disappoint. Pair Cupworks is located inside Cider Corp- plenty of 2 hour street parking but I also saw many cars park in the parking lot next to Cider Corp. I'm a latte gal and Kimhak has a delicious menu for all coffee lovers. Today I had an iced black sesame latte (delicious, not too sweet but more nutty) and then I had an iced spiced caramel latte (slightly sweeter with a hint of cinnamon spice) both absolutely delicious and there's still a couple more lattes I want to try. Great open space along with outdoor seating too. Today was cloudy so he opened up the side garage door- perfect coffee vibes. read more

Run by a humble but expert barista/owner Kimhak in the shared location on South Robson with Cider Corps, this coffee/tea experience is not an ad hoc mashup, but a gracious liquid learning room where new tastes are always ready to greet you. My son brought me to paircup to hang out and I've returned 4 times to enjoy Kimhak's creations. I love tea, but know very little about boutique brews. I've learned a lot visiting here. My son enjoys both coffee pours and teas, so he often has both and we sit and chat. If you love expert boutique coffees and/or insightful steeps of tea, you must visit Paircup. Not to be too corny, the room is spacious and the attitude is gracious. One of my favorite coffee shops downtown! Great product and dedicated baristas who care about their craft. Mateo is always recommending fun new drinks to try and pushing me outside my comfort zone with my drink orders which I love/need sometimes. (Their new boba is so fun!) My favorite thing about pair is the multi business location of it as well, working alongside mykes pizza, and cider corps. This review is woefully late but I can tell you Pair Cupworks was a wonderful mellow experience. The multiple restaurants sharing one space threw me off at first but is actually executed quite efficiently. The atmosphere was very chill & quiet & both my drink (I believe it was a green tea latte) & my friend's drink were excellently prepared. I came across their page on IG and was instantly drawn to their seasonal special of hojicha latte - sadly I was out of town during that time and was too late for the game. I love Pair! This is one of my favorite independent coffee shops. Kim pours a terrific cup of coffee and is great with the latte art. For coffee, I've tried everything from cold brew to hot drinks, including some seasonal specials. For teas, I've had a few now, and would count the Iron Goddess among my favorites. My husband and I also love buying bags of beans to bring home so we can enjoy Pair at home too. Extra bonus points for Eugenia's cute, amazing illustrations that you'll find on the bags of coffee, T-shirts, and stickers. She's super talented! I consider myself a coffee aficionado, but at this place, ordering coffee or tea (including the matcha selections) is more like ordering craft beer or wine. It's actually impossible to find, so once you get to the building and you start thinking that they're permanently closed, never fear, just go to the right side of the building and open the really ambiguous, tinted door, and there you go! Our barista was nice, but it's a wait as it seems to be a one person operation. We asked for cream and sugar, but he said he didn't have any cream.
