They were very busy for a Thursday. Despite how busy it was, everyone was so friendly and working super quick to get everyone their drinks/food. The avocado toast was very fresh and just the right amount of food. No complaints there! I also loved that they gave me a glass cup for my order. Something to note: the seating can fill quickly during their busy waves but I got lucky with a seat outside then moved instead once it settled down. Lots of parking in the back as well (you can also enter through the back door)

Good Mythical Morning! Let's talk about that…read more I always think of Good Mythical Morning when seeing Mythical Coffee. That said, I don't think Rhett McLaughlin and Link Neal are involved with this adorable coffee shop. I digress! I recently ordered the Bourbon Peach Latte with oat milk ($6.50 + $0.75 for oat milk), Blueberry Pie Latte ($6.50), and a Breakfast Sammy with ham ($8). The Bourbon Peach Latte is a seasonal summer drink. It features caramelized sugar, simmered bourbon and heavy cream, real peaches, vanilla bean paste, and a touch of salt. You also get a cute peach gummy ring on the side. The Blueberry Pie Latte is another seasonal summer drink. It includes espresso, blueberry pie syrup, and milk, topped with cream cheese cold foam and a cinnamon graham cracker crumble. Honestly one of the best variations of a blueberry drink I've had at a coffee shop. My favorite blueberry-anything at any coffee shop actually. As for their Breakfast Sammy, it had garlic aioli, egg, ham, avocado, cheddar cheese, and Everything Bagel seasoning. You can definitely taste the garlic in this sandwich. It was a great way to start my Saturday after spin class. I totally ate back my calories but no regrets. If I were Benson Boone, I'd say that Mythical Coffee was mystical, magical. Two thumbs and a moon beam ice cream up!

I had their regular cold brew with a splash of cream and a Sunrise Sandwich- both were so good! The cold brew had a lovely aftertaste that in my opinion, reminded me of dark chocolate and whiskey. Service was also fantastic- the lovely barista was thorough in her explanations of each cold coffee option to help me find what I was looking for! My sandwich was also lovely- the Sunrise Sandwich on an Everything Bagel is easily my favorite breakfast sandwich in Tempe. The Basil Pesto adds a bit of freshness to an otherwise very rich sandwich. Also stopped in a few more times on my evening walks for a Lavender Haze (seasonal earl grey sage honey drink: EXCELLENT!) and their seasonal energy drink- it was a Sunset Spritz (energy with grapefruit pink cordial): both delicious. Happy to say service has improved greatly. Employees are on task and happy to answer my questions. The drinks on the seasonal menu are very good, and their classics are also great. If you're going to go soon, I'm a big fan of the Sage honey and a big fan of the cordial syrup on the 2026 Spring Menu. Will definitely be hitting Infusion up for some future study sessions. Glad to see Infusion takes customer feedback seriously.

Out of everything we had, the empanadas were the best! They felt like a warm hug! The spicy sauce that came with it was fantastic and they were just delicious! Bagels were good. We substituted the bacon with turkey and removed the lettuce just in case. They were pretty filling but a little soggy by the time they got home. Arepa was tasty and not too sweet. Coffee was just ok. We ordered two cafe con leche, one with regular milk and one with almond milk. Even though it was ordered extra hot, it was cold by the time my husband got home and we are only about 20 min away. I was hoping for something a little extra special seeing that they source their coffee straight from Colombia. Note: order your food before your order the coffee. They are handled separately and coffee was ready way before the food. With tip, we paid just under $60.

Once I finally stopped in, I was glad I did. It's a cute little spot that's perfect when you want to quickly grab some Java and a pastry. I had the apple croissant, and it was warmed up perfectly and filled with a nice amount of apples. The prices seemed pretty average, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was also convenient, with several parking ramps across the street and additional parking around the area. One interesting thing I noticed is that there's another restaurant/business located inside, but you wouldn't really know it from the outside since the coffee shop is what's prominently advertised. I'm still not sure what type of restaurant it is or what the name is, so that was a little mysterious Overall, Aristocrat Roasters is a convenient little stop for a cup of coffee and a pastry. If you've driven past it without realizing what it was, like I did, it's worth stopping in and checking it out!

What an unexpected gem!…read more I was in the area running errands and needed a spot to catch up on some work before continuing with my errands. A quick Yelp search led me to HG Higher Grounds Coffee and Cafe which happens to be on the way to my next stop. It's located in an unassuming shopping strip with ample parking. Though the space is not the largest, the cafe has plenty of seating and has strong, free wifi. I was greeted upon entering and after taking a few moment to explore the menu, I decided on an almond milk latte with honey and cinnamon and a Southwestern breakfast bowl. The breakfast bowl was packed with eggs, black beans, green chillies, onions, bell peppers, potatoes, cheese, and topped with pico and avocado. I requested it to go thinking I wouldn't be able to finish it, so they placed chillies, pico, and avocado on the side. The bowl was delicious and filling! The latte was also solid. The pastries were tempting, but the bowl and latte were more than enough to fill me up. I'll have to come back for those!
