When they came out to inspect the issue, they said it would be no problem to fix and that the issue should not recur. It cost about $400. Around a year later, the problem returned and I reached out to see if they could do some follow-up work since the problem had in fact recurred, despite their assurances that they had fixed it for good. They never responded to me despite 3 attempts on Yelp, phone calls, and voicemails. Rent Painters: Get your act together and learn how to respond to your prior customers. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I hired them to paint the interior of my home, paid in full, and had an…read moreabsolute nightmare of an experience. Save your money, your home, and your peace of mind and look elsewhere. Here is exactly what you can expect if you hire them: Incomplete Work: The job was abandoned before it was finished. The walls in my bathroom and laundry room are literally only half-painted. Property Damage & Sloppiness: The crew didn't even bother to use painter's tape. As a result, there is paint splattered all over my baseboards. Outrageous Behavior: I have security cameras inside and outside of my house. The footage clearly shows their crew drinking and smoking inside my home for the entire duration of the job. Zero Accountability: When I reached out to management with the camera footage to get this mess resolved, they refused to take any responsibility. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix the damage, they got "smart," dismissive, and incredibly rude. It is completely unacceptable to take someone's money, treat their home like a bar, ruin their baseboards, and then act incredibly unprofessional when confronted with video proof. Avoid this business at all costs.

I recently hired Aguilar's Painting to paint several exterior areas of my townhouse, including the…read morefront entry door frame arch, the trim around the arch windows, the garage door frame, and the railings along the front entry steps. The overall experience was excellent. The crew demonstrated great attention to detail, ensuring clean lines and a professional finish throughout the project. They arrived on time, completed the work as scheduled, and left the area spotless when the job was finished. Their pricing was very reasonable and offered great value for the quality of work provided. I am very pleased with the results and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, affordable, and high-quality exterior painting services.

I had two homes painted and the guys were very nice, however, they are very expensive (my total was…read moreover $9000). My biggest two complaints surround their follow up. They promised a before and after portfolio that I never received, although we asked for it several times. My other issue is that the broke two pieces of heavy furniture/equipment and did not bother to let me know. My new king sized bed had a slat underneath to secure it and them just pushing the bed to move it the underwood broke. Same thing with my treadmill, they pushed it by the long hand grips and not the base which broke the arm of the treadmill. Again, no big deal for $5000, but a bigger deal for $9000:(

But Carlos and his crew rushed my second job and did an incredibly poor job and have still not come to repair their mistakes despite it being over 2 months. The wallpaper they installed in my office has unfinished edges that are different lengths and look sloppy. They had to reinstall curtains after wallpapering and promptly after they left, the curtains fell off the wall. In fixing this myself, discover that they improperly installed the brackets (not using anchors) and then "lost" a bracket so the curtain rods aren't stable or supported. In the basement, they painted a wall unit / bookcase but didn't use primer so the paint chips off if anything is put on the wall unit.

In October 2022, we updated our kitchen adding 6 cabinets and 4 custom cabinets. The core work done…read moreby NCK was excellent. They took great care to not damage other areas of the house and to keep the dust contained in the kitchen. They even cleaned up every night while working. Communication was great and payments were handled appropriately. From the time the cabinet order came in to NCK completing their part was 30 days. The counter subcontractor also finished within a week of getting the measurements. Where we went astray was with two subcontractors, one for the custom cabinet doors and the other the plumber needed to update a floor heat register. They were nightmares. Cabinet doors were not completed until January 2023. The plumber left the register install half completed and just returned to finish LAST WEEK. I don't fault the owner of NCK for the subs not meeting their obligations. However, due to his frustration at trying to deal with them, communication with me failed. Plus several times he suggested changing the scope of work or leaving the heater install incomplete in an effort to avoid having to deal with the subs any further. That said, when I asked for updates, NCK did respond and he did pay out of his pocket some additional costs involved in finally getting things completed. If these two subs have been dropped from NCK's work list, then all will go well with any future project NCK does. As noted, it's almost a year later and I am still pleased with the work NCK did and with the final outcome. I get a lot of complements from visitors to my home.
