But Carlos and his crew rushed my second job and did an incredibly poor job and have still not come to repair their mistakes despite it being over 2 months. The wallpaper they installed in my office has unfinished edges that are different lengths and look sloppy. They had to reinstall curtains after wallpapering and promptly after they left, the curtains fell off the wall. In fixing this myself, discover that they improperly installed the brackets (not using anchors) and then "lost" a bracket so the curtain rods aren't stable or supported. In the basement, they painted a wall unit / bookcase but didn't use primer so the paint chips off if anything is put on the wall unit.

Wilmer and his team are incredible…read more The team was detail oriented, incredible communicators, proactive and thoughtful, and cared for our home as if it was their own. For context, they painted the interior or of our entire home - walls, trim, and ceiling. The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls. They sanded the walls to manage the texture, worked expertly with tricky corners, managed complex work with dry wall to address dings and structural oddities. They are not just incredible painters - they are also amazing project managers and partners. The team managed our paint job while we traveled, but our furniture and floors were kept pristine (despite our 0% prep for them). When they ran out of paint (because I insisted on getting it and didn't get enough!), they reached out. When I didn't get back to them soon enough, they went to the store and perfectly matched the color, no VOC, and other specifications. Wilmer is warm, personable, proactive, and an excellent person to have on your team as a part of the work to transform your space! His team is also wonderful, expert, and easy to be around (I know, because i hired them for a second job and this time didn't leave town). Feel free to reach out to me with questions.
