Exceeded expectations on job completion, and was incredibly responsive. Showed up exactly when he said he would, and completed the requested work quickly and efficiently, plus cleaned everything up and took the trash with him too. 10/10 highly recommend read more

He is not honest, quoted me one price, half way through the project, he demanded more money to continue. His work is sloppy and unprofessional. I don't recommend him to anyone read more

Great work done on repairing my dry wall to look like new! Fast to respond, and charged a reasonable price! Would hire again!

Fixed several water-damaged areas in our condo. The work was completed quickly and looks good as new. He also did a thorough job cleaning up afterward (no small feat given how messy sanding can be). Highly recommend! read more

They did a great job fixing my drywall. Fast and affordable. I would hire them again.

10/10 Service. Timur is quick to reply, easy to work with, and a master at his craft.

Timur Construction did a wonderful job in repairing my drywall. They were responsive and showed up on time. The final cost was exactly as the estimate. No fuss. They cared about the debris produced during repairs, so they actually cleaned up the floor areas after their repairs. Very professional. Highly recommended. read more

Timur Construction did drywall repair for our walls, master closet and ceiling, fixed popped screws in our ceiling and painted. Timur came out to view the repairs and provided a detailed quote in a timely manner (reasonable rate) - communication was excellent. Timur and Kostiantyn arrived at the scheduled time and did an excellent job. They were both detailed oriented. You cannot see where any of the work needed to be done! The house was left clean. Highly recommend their work. We will definitely use Timur Construction again if the need arises. read more

We hired Timur to fix about a dozen popped dry wall screws in our ceiling as well as patch a gap between two different drywall panels also on the ceiling. He was extremely responsive in getting a quote sent our way, and once we decided to contract with him, he was able to come out the very next day (but we asked him to come the day after). Timur was communicative, professional, efficient, considerate, and thorough. He double checked with us to make sure he had gotten all of the popped screws that we had wanted him to fix, and even offered to touch up other spots around the house with the paint he had mixed since there was extra. We were very impressed with him and his work, and highly, highly recommend him! We will definitely hire him again for our dry wall needs! read more

I am giving this business ONLY 2 stars because the manner the owner chose to handle my request to quote process. Once I submitted my scope of work which was "drywall mudding & taping "of already installed drywall. His first response "unable to service" second response " I do not offer that service" (FYI: the name of the business is Drywall Repair & Plaster). I think he forgot the name of business. When asked "What service you don't offer?" I think this is a fair question, right. His response was "we don't do big projects" and I stated "you have not seen the project or asked me a specific questions to determine if the job is to big for you." Once I said that his response was "sorry we do not service Maryland and for clarification I live in Fort Washington, Md 12 minutes from Wilson bridge and 20 minutes from Alexandria Va. Suggest for the future of your business please be honest from the beginning on what you are will to do and where you are willing to go (nothing on Yelp or your website states that you do not service Maryland) Good luck sir business owner. My suggestion think twice before hiring. read more

I hired Timur Construction for repairing ceiling drywalls that were not done properly by the developer (after several fixes by them). Timur and his co worker came during weekend. I was happy with the work- came on time, worked all day, & neatly. They really covered my floors and area very well. Not a splatter of paint left. Not much cleaning done after they left. Highly recommend Timur and his team. read more

Timur is excellent to work with. We've now used him on multiple drywall and installation projects, and he delivers quality work, on time, and at a reasonable cost. Of particular note, he helped me out after an installation to install cabinets, which was completely out of scope for the work he was paid for. If we ever need any drywall or installation work, he's now our go-to guy. read more

Timur Construction - Great work! - Painters Near Me - Alexandria, Virginia

I certainly recommend Timur. Quick communication, reasonable price, and he did a great job.

Timur was quick to reply to our request and scheduled us promptly. He and Norbeck were consistently timely, organized and prepared to patch our 17 holes from a whole home repiping as well as doing priming and painting of some ceiling water stains. It was a formidable job but they finished in 3 full days(!), handled all the supplies, matched paint colors and the work was beautifully done. Timur and Norbeck were so efficient and hardworking and their expertise clearly shows. We would definitely want to have their help again for future needs. read more

Very impressed with the finish work. Timur was professional from the initial communication to the completion of the job. He gave an estimate through yelp and stuck with the price he gave. The price we paid was on the very high end. We received quotes from several other companies that was at least $200-$300 cheaper. We chose to go with Timur because of the consistency of the positive reviews. I'm glad we chose to go with Timur because his work exceeded our expectations. He matched the paint color and base boards perfectly. Now all we have to do is get the padding installed and carpet stretched and the project is complete. Note, he is strictly a drywall expert. read more

Great experience overall! Timur was quick to provide a quote after I provided him a detailed request, along with photos. Quoted amount was what I paid. It wasn't the lowest quote, but far from the highest. (Out of 6 quotes) He said it would take 4 visits. It did and the visits were 4 days in a row. Each day he let me know what time him and/or his crew would arrive and they arrived right on time, every time. Upon completion, Timur was sure to make everything was good to go before accepting payment and let me know to give him a call if I spot any errors while priming and painting. I will be using Timur Construction again! read more

This company is great! good quality work, great customer service and very punctual. I have no complaints at all. Very happy customer who would certainly do business with them again! read more

Timur was exceptional to work with, and very pleasant. The company did a wonderful job in replacing and repainting our ceiling due to water damage, including drying and treating with antimicrobials. They protected our carpets/furniture and cleaned up everything after completing the work. In addition, even though it was not needed, they repainted the entire ceiling to ensure uniformity since a previous repair from another service had left some unfinished patches. Highly recommended! read more

Timur was very responsive when I requested at quote. Because of all his excellent reviews I decided to go with him. I needed two bathroom walls repaired. He did the repair work in both bathrooms the first day and then came back and primed and painted the repaired walls the next day. He did a great job and was able to match the color beautifully! He was worth every penny! read more

I called to get an estimate on some projects. The gentleman immediately said We do not work in Maryland. I said I do not live in Maryland, I live in DC. He then said, We do not do work in DC". That was odd because I see many reviews from people who live in DC. Stay away from these people, they are very dishonest.... read more

I'm ages late writing this review, but Timur did great work for me twice. The first time was after a pipe burst in my ceiling. Definitely not the cheapest quote, but not the most expensive either. Great work, and you could not tell that anything was ever wrong after the work was finished. If I can find my "before" and "after" pictures I'll post them, but the difference was fantastic, and Timur worked around my furniture, covering it up and then putting it back in place. A couple of years later I decided to sell my house, and the realtor convinced me to fix an ugly ceiling blotch in one of the bedrooms. I had ignored it since buying the place, but once Timur fixed it I was kicking myself for not having it done earlier. This time the price was much lower (apparently fixing the mess after a burst pipe is much harder than just making a big, ugly patch on the ceiling look smooth and pretty), and wow, what a difference! By now I wouldn't work with anyone else. read more

Timur is my drywall guy. 100% recommend. Perfect work! His availability and craftsmanship is second to none.

Over the course of a few scheduled days, Timur completed drywall work around our house, including repair, sanding, and paint-matching/repainting. He did a fantastic job on everything and we are very satisfied with the results. Even more impressive was his excellent follow-up, communication, and timeliness throughout the whole project, which any customer can highly appreciate. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Timur. read more

I had a water leak in my basement and needed a fair amount of drywall replaced. I reached out to Timur and provided details. He provided me an estimate, which turned out to be the least expensive of the three I got. We set up an appointment for him to do the work, he confirmed the night before with the time he would arrive, and he showed up on time the next day (a bit early actually). He and his helper got right to work and got the job done in about 7 hours - it looks better than it did before the leak! After they finished painting the new drywall and replacing and painting the baseboard, they replaced the receptacle and light switch covers and even replaced a curtain rod bracket that was removed when the leak happened. I couldn't be happier with their work and the value (estimate was exactly what he charged). read more

We hired Timur to fix a bunch of nail pops and cracks in our drywall. The drywall work was great, impeccable really -- after patching and sanding, everything was perfectly smooth and you can't tell there was ever a crack. 10/10 Despite best effort to match the original paint, the new paint is just off by a tiny bit -- something that's not uncommon and that Timur has mentioned to me before starting the job. Will just have to paint again later. In any case, I will be calling Timur and his crew for all future drywall needs. read more

We had Timur do two projects: install drywall around a skylight. This was a relatively simple job, but he did outstanding work extremely promptly at a reasonable price. Awesome work and reasonable price. Have used Timur twice and would use him again in a heartbeat.
