It's never fun to have a leak and watch a plumber cut huge holes into your newly remodeled ceiling. But once you get over that hurdle, you have to stress about finding someone who can repair it well. Timur is that person. He was very responsive and I appreciated that he requested images and provided a quote via text (an efficient way to communicate). I did not price compare; I wanted the job done quickly and have done enough projects to know it was probably a little on the high side but I do not regret what I paid or feel it was unreasonable. Timur gave me a date and time and texted when he was on his way. He and his partner worked efficiently, and were very respectful of our home; cleaning as best you can when fine drywall dust is involved. After letting the areas dry, oddly one of the areas did not look quite right in the evening when a certain lamp was the only light source (so he couldn't have known). I sent him a text and he stopped by again as soon as his schedule permitted and fixed it right up. He is very skilled, very proud of his work and is talents - as he should be. After a water pipe leak, our plumbing contractor had to rip down some of our dining room ceiling (it's an old house, so the ceiling is plaster over wooden lathe). Timur provided a fast response, competitive bid, and superb craftsmanship. At the end of the second day, the ceiling was patched, smoothed, primed, and painted. This is the second job Timur completed in my home. This time it involved couple of small dry wall repairs and a room repaint, from a dark color to one much lighter. Excellent! I contacted Timur for multiple drywall repairs in our home. He provided a quick estimate. The estimate was so reasonable, I didn't bother going through the hassle of obtaining estimates from other companies. We had removed a 1980's wired alarm system from our home and it left multiple holes throughout the house. It was two days of drywall patching, as some of the holes were quite large. Timur and his workers are great. I had a concrete ceiling that was very uneven with swirls, gouges, and seams all throughout the concrete. They used drywall mud (drywall itself is not permitted in my building) to even out and create a brand new ceiling. The work they did was amazing. They were on stilts doing the work free-hand, and did a beautiful job. The ceiling went from rough and ugly to a flat, even, beautiful surface. It truly looks like the work of artists.
