Timur handled a few small drywall projects in our home and did a great job. He responded to my initial request within minutes of sending the email and was very competitively priced. He showed up exactly when he indicated and tackled all the projects quickly and without a large mess. We would definitely use him again. read more

Great service. Contacted Timur via text and he was immediately responsive and able to complete our drywall repair project the same day. We are very happy with the results and can't even tell that the wall has been repaired. I would recommend Timur construction to anyone who needs drywall repair. read more

The company did quick reasonable estimate and provided the service within promised time frame. 3 guys came in and did some great drywall and finishing work. I am happy with the quality and attention to details. Will definitely recommend. read more

Timur and his team replaced a failing plaster ceiling in the bedroom of my 1940s era condo in Alexandria. The ceiling had developed deep cracks, which were quickly worsening to such an extent that I was afraid the ceiling might collapse on me while I slept. Timur's team completely demo'd the ceiling and replaced it with drywall. They also installed insulation and a new ceiling light/fan. It all looks great! The experience was an extremely positive one and I would recommend them with confidence to anyone. The quality of the work was excellent and they were so very careful about keeping my home clean. Timur was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. He and his coworker were both very pleasant and polite in person. read more

Had two patches of drywall repaired. Excellent work. Quick response. And no run around like many contractors on Yelp. Just good work for a reasonable price. read more

Called the night before, was scheduled for the following day. The accomplished the work in 3 days without interfering with our daily activities. Very professional, friendly, and I definitely use him again in any future projects I will need in my house. Highly recommend him! read more

Timur and his crew were fantastic/no stress/easy to work with. If you need a job done around this specialty, you can trust they will do it on budget, on time and very well. The two or three other contractors didn't even bother to respond to my inquiry. Based on previous reviews on Yelp and on other contractors' estimates, you can't go wrong with Tamir and the crew. I hired them to do a ceiling noise insulation project. Tamir came on site and recommended the best option for me: double layer of safe and sound; he advised against the resilient channels since it would lower the ceiling height and would be more expensive. He also recommended to add recess lights for a few extra dollars, which resulted in great results. Thank you Tamir. Any recommendation you might need for Tamir's work, he can share my contact information with you. read more

Timur's team was fast, friendly, and did an amazing job patching our house up after we installed air conditioning. Our house was a WRECK when they arrived -- with holes in ceilings, walls, and exposed ducts everywhere. They did amazing boxing work, the drywall looks perfect, and the paint matching (for 5 different colors) also looks amazing. They cleaned as they went, and the final work looks beautiful!!! So happy to have our home back, and we will call Timur first next time we need any drywall work done. read more

Timur is great. He's a really nice guy. Very responsive over email. Did a great job on an urgent drywall need we had. Highly recommend him.

Highly recommended. Promptly responded to provide an estimate on a small leak-related drywall repair and ceiling painting (and to my follow up questions). Estimate was comparable to others but one of the lower ones. Was prompt on the day of the job and did an excellent job in the time promised at the price promised. Left the area clean, unlike other contractors I've used. Would not hesitate to use again. read more

Timur gave me a quote over email after I sent him photos of water damage and drywall holes. His work was fantastic, timely, and affordable. Highly recommend. read more

Had a stair railing come off and needed some drywall repair, reached out to Timur, received a prompt response with an estimate and was able to schedule the work. Easy process and great customer service and I'm very satisfied with the work! read more

Hired to fix/repair water damage in the ceiling drywall. Great work, reliable, responsive, and professional.

Timur was fantastic! He gave me a quote via email and was here on time--matching my schedule--and got the job done in a just a few hours. I had him repair drywall and paint, and even though I didn't have the original paint can, he was able to match it exactly. He cleaned up everything and you'd never know there was ever a problem. It looks great, and I'm very thankful! read more

We hired Timur to install the drywall for our basement remodel. Courteous and professional communication from estimate to completion, always keeping us informed about when he would arrive and how long the work would take. We appreciated his flexibility to work around our schedule, while still completing the project in a timely and efficient manner. Work site was cleaned up after each day and upon completion he made sure we were satisfied with the work, even offering to come back to fix anything we realized later. Timur runs his business very lean, which means you're paying for the actual work rather than overhead. Highly recommended small local business! read more

Reached out to Timur Construction Drywall to receive a quote. Received a quote within the hour via picture submission of the area needing repair. Had the job scheduled very quickly. From time of quote to job COMPLETED was only 4 days. Very professional. Arrived early. Very courteous of our space and time. Even repaired a hairline crack running across the ceiling that I hadn't even thought about fixing at the time. Highly recommend! read more

Have used this company twice, for drywall repair and for painting. Both times were excellent. Excellent communication, excellent value, excellent work, excellent service. One job was more involved and the still shined, and did some extra things. They even took care of little things I wouldnt have asked them to do outright but was very pleased that they did. Very very highly recommend for drywall repair and/or painting. read more

Did a fantastic job fixing a hole in our wall - looks like it was never there. Very timely as well, fixed it the day after I asked for a quote. Also, the price was reasonable, falling on the low end of other quotes we received. All in all, I highly recommend Timur Construction for your hole-in-the-wall needs. read more

Owner seems either scatter brained, or just plain unprofessional. Gave me an estimate promptly, but then made me chase him down for an appointment. Eventually he answered after repeated contacts and said he was too busy. From this beginning, maybe I dodged a bullet.... read more

We hired Timur Construction to repair a hole in the bathroom ceiling after we had a recessed light replaced and we are extremely satisfied. We picked him because his website said he specialized in drywall and plaster. He excelled in customer service as I outline below. He took our call immediately, no need to leave a message and wait for a call back. He asked me to text message him photos of the job. He then texted back the quote, the duration, and a guarantee. He came within hours of our contacting him, and on a Saturday night. He was professional. He got to work right away and continued working until the job was done without wasting any time. He left the workspace exceptionally clean. He did a fantastic job--the ceiling looks great! We are happy to endorse Timur Construction and will not hesitate to contract with Timur again. read more

Timur has done multiple jobs for me, and every one has been excellent. I strongly recommend him for any residential drywalling or painting.

Timur has done a terrific job. Totally professional, he has delivered high-quality work on our historic brownstone. He is knowledgeable about plaster, drywall, etc., and has, therefore, handled our old walls with care and at a great price. They look great! He's a real find. read more

We had Timur replace some damaged drywall in our house and I would highly recommend him! He was great to work with, came out to give an estimate very quickly and was flexible with scheduling the work. Everything looks so good that it makes the drywall we didn't replace look old in comparison! Would highly recommend and plan to hire again for any drywall needs. read more

Have reached out for estimates over the past two weeks and have yet to hear anything back at all. Requested the first estimate via the website and the second via email. Should at least be able to respond to the request, even if only to say that they are unable to perform the work. read more

I was finishing up remodeling of the first floor of my 3br condo, and the drywall job around the stairway box was especially challenging. Absolute pros. Great work, great price, and prompt service. I highly recommend this company for plaster repair!

Timur replaced a large hole in my wall plus some door trim that my dog had tore up. The drywall was textured and I had a little bit of difficulty finding someone who was confident they could replicate it. Timur did a great job and was actually one of my lower estimates when cost comparing. He responded quickly via email and was pleasant and profession. I would definitely hire him again! read more

Timur is responsible, professional, and efficient. He completed our drywall project on time and on budget. Very reasonable!

Timur Construction did an outstanding job of replastering some of my home ceilings. They also did wall and ceiling painting. And all for a very reasonable price. The whole project turned out better than I could have hoped for. The owner went out of his way to accommodate my desire to have the work completed quickly, including working on weekends. The men who did the plastering and painting worked non-stop, a work ethic that is nice to witness. They protected all my furniture and rugs with plastic sheeting and cleaned up after the work was done. They helped move all the furniture back into place. I would use this company again without hesitation. read more
