My roof was very overdue for cleaning, thus the mess was much bigger than expected. To compound the matter, I was in a hurry to leave for an appointment, so didn't review the work. Had I done so, we could have resolved the issue then and there. I have no issues with the actual cleaning, and was partially at fault for the communication issue, therefore am revising my review to four stars. I will not let my roof get in such a state again, and will not hesitate to use Bellingham Roof & Gutter again in the future.

I never saw the workers who came out to do the bid or clean the roof, gutters, and the windows on the second story since I was at work both times. And I might add, Atta Boy came in way less than another local bid we had done last spring. I give them my highest rating and approval. We are going to look into setting up an annual maintenance visit.

In addition to doing a fantastic job, what we love about the Charly's Painters team is their dependability and transparency. The only thing I suggest is for them to change their name from Charly's Painters to Charly's Construction or some other name suggestive of a broader set of skills and capabilities--because they're not only great at painting but also in stucco wall repair, building, electrical, and other construction jobs.
