He made good on his offer to make me better than whole. He didn't have to. I think it shows the strength of his character to own and to make an effort to remedy the past mistakes. Before and while work was in process Austin's office staff or support crew worked diligently to keep the project moving as quickly as possible. They smoothed communication issues and kept me updated. Austin's crew lead by Luis replaced the composition shingle roof with a new metal one. They were super-friendly and courteous. I love the new color! The same is true for the new exterior color. My greatest concern with the previous job was with the board and bat siding. Those concerns were justified by water-stains. Austin's crew remedied my concerns by replacing boards and bats. The previous scope of work was limited to two walls. Austin's crew weather-proofed the bats on all four sides of the house. And finally they stained those four sides with a new, more modern color. All of this was done at no financial cost to me. So thank you again to Austin and the Fly Guys.

They painted an apartment building we own, which took about a week. Even though it entailed more work than was expected they honored their quote. They also communicated so well with our tenants that we never received any complaints. We later asked Paul if he'd be interested in another small job at our home; sealing our chimney. He spent a lot of time researching the products and process, since he'd never done this before. Two of his crew came out one day to first seal the top and then returned another day to finish sealing the rest of the chimney. The guys were efficient, competent and courteous.They cleaned up leaving everything cleaner than it was before! We feel fortunate to have discovered Puget Sound Painting and look forward to using them again soon!

He was painting over grey walls and with eggshell and the grey is now starting to bleed through the lighter color. After we moved into our home we noticed he didn't paint the whole bathroom, and now the walls have different colors and need to be repainted. The job also included painting the baseboards, now finding out he painted over urine-stained baseboards with all baseboards needing to be removed. He should have painted the baseboards with an odor blocker, but never mentioned that when painting. Seems like only one coat of paint was used and now the paint is coming off the walls, by just rubbing against them. I would not recommend Glen to paint my home.
