So that should tell you about their service ethic. Then there is the experience of dealing directly with the designers of a clothing brand. They could take one look at me with this or that item and size up exactly what was needed in like (not kidding) 15 seconds. I also got a tutorial in how the mechanics of a fashion business works, from where the materials are sourced to where it's cut to where it's tailored. I love this place mainly because my shirts look great - but I love all the expertise, art and service that goes into doing business with them. I did a graduate degree in French and have spent a lot of time there. I know the historic grading system very well - I give GROUPE 19/20. The only reason I don't give 20 is because, as a French professor once explained to me, "only God gets 20/20 in France."

He will not cheat you. Great customer service and good quality diamonds and gold. Not overly priced like most jewelers. He gives honest advice. Craftsmanship is on point. He walked my husband through the entire process of making a ring from scratch, prong settings and let him pick the diamonds as well. My husband has bought quite a bit from him and we are always happy with the end result. I went sometime back to get a pearl put in my bracelet that fell off and he did it free of charge - that's what awesome customer service looks like (the bracelet with the pearl was 50+ years old and not something I bought from him so for him to fix it free of charge was generous and kind). He fixed my bracelet for me within 10 minutes of being at the store. I also gave my moms diamond ring to get fixed which he sent to his New York workshop (took 2 days) and the cost wasn't much at all considering it's a 34 year old ring. His shop is in New Jersey but his workshop is in New York where stuff goes for repairs. Polite, courteous, great service and products. A nice selection of bangles too which I'll get in the near future. My MIL too feels comfortable buying from him.

Because the price of gold went higher than what I paid when purchasing at that time, although we had locked it in on that rate. They wanted to make up the price. Very repulsive actions. I received an email from FedEx confirming delivery on a Wednesday that included a photo of the package. The package was laying on a bare stone floor in a building lobby. Unfortunately the building in the photo is not mine. My building has a 24 hour/7 day doorman that receives all packages, logs them into a database that alerts the residents. My building lobby also is completely carpeted. There are no bare floors in our lobby as shown in the picture. I called Faherty the same day at (877) 745-8994. There is a recording that loops over and over stating all agents are busy helping others and simply directs callers to use the chat feature on the website. The chat feature simply asks you for your email and advises you that an agent will be in touch shortly.  I continued to call multiple times, hoping to reach an agent but no one ever picks up, regardless of of the time I called.  I spoke to a FedEx rep who stated that due to the type of Fedex service Faherty uses, she cannot assist me. She states that I cannot submit a claim on my own behalf, despite having a photo the clearly shows the package was not left in my building. She advised me that I need to notify Faherty immediately, or at least within 24 hours so they could submit an expedited claim and have the driver investigate. It is now 48 hours, multiple calls, chats with a useless AI bot, and I have not been contacted yet. To have a company that cannot provide adequate, or in Fahertys' case, any customer service at all, is ludicrous.  My recommendation to Faherty: Your customer service is nonexistent. Customers that visit your store and customers that visit your website deserve customer service. When customers seek help, forcing them to communicate with an AI chat bot that cannot assist  is not helpful. It only causes frustration. Hire live people to address customer concerns. At this point, I'm so disgusted by Fahertys' lack of response that I don't even want the dress anymore. What if something is wrong with it? Then I will have another hassle trying to reach people in customer service that don't exist. I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback.
