From the moment we walked into the store, they were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Once they learned we were shopping for my daughter's 21st birthday, they went above and beyond to make the experience even more memorable. They treated us like family. They were incredibly patient while my daughter took her time deciding which shoes and items she wanted, never making us feel rushed or pressured. Instead, they made the entire experience enjoyable and special. Outstanding customer service is hard to find these days, but David and Eldon delivered exactly that. They were attentive, accommodating, and truly represented the Bathing Ape brand with excellence.
