Mind you, she's stuffing her face while on the sales floor and could not be bothered. The sales woman proceeds to respond in an unsavory manner and then turned to her colleague and muttered something along the lines of "I hate when people ask these questions. Why does it matter to you anyway? Just mind your business". This socially inept crass individual lacks customer service skills and should not be the face for the store. The homeless man eating a hash brown and hanging out was more polite and accommodating than she was and therefore I will not be shopping at this location. Not sure how this location will stay afloat with such rude and ignorant people working there but if I was the owner I would invest in more friendly associates.

He quickly gathered five pairs to try, knowing not only the size I said, but using his knowledge of his inventory that fit what I was asking for, even if I didn't directly ask it. Not only did Frank give me five pairs, but he actually put them in an order that would give me the best idea of what to look for in fit and feel. We quickly got down to two pair, and he explained the differences between the two, both short-term and long-term. There was zero pressure, zero pushing, just honest feedback. One pair was twice as much as the other, but he didn't push anything either way. (I went with the less expensive pair -- cheaper is not the right word, because they are excellent quality.) Not only that, he offered to have them hemmed right there on the spot. Within 45 minutes of walking in the door, not only did I have a new pair of jeans, but tailored and walked out the door with my new jeans. As for the jeans? They're great. I went with a pair that Brooklyn Denim made and I absolutely love them. Frank also made a profile for me and saved the info of the other pair that I liked in case I want to order those at a later date. Because I don't live in town, it's a great resource. I really can't recommend Brooklyn Denim enough.

So we continued looking around the store and when another employee came out to the front, both employees proceeded to talk bad about us. They talked about us in a small store where we were the only customers, we could hear their words loud and clear. Whether this was on purpose or not, I felt disrespected by the workers. I've worked retail before and I understand how frustrating it can be when dealing with customers, but I feel like they should have known better and at least waited until we left.
