Bad customer service. They tell you to go wait in your car and they will bring the pizza out and then you sit around for 20 minutes wondering where theyre at. You go in to see what the hold up is and they apparently forgot they were going to bring it out to you and it was done forever ago. The Calzone was amazing! I had Chicken in mine and my friend had spinach. Comes standard with a cup of Marinara. Very tasty with a crispy garlic olive oil texture. Tons of cheese...stuffed! Tables were a little messy from prior customers. Staff must have been busy making more of those delicious Calzones. Would recommend this place! read more

Love pagliacci and this is a great location. The service is wonderful. We have been customers for a long time and they sometimes give us little free things (and sometimes a free pizza!) They are quick to fix things that are wrong when that happens (though it doesn't happen much). The pizza, while expensive is worth it. Great thin crust, chewy pizza, locally sources boxes and fantastic sauce. The breadsticks that they added the last year or so are a big big improvement over previous breadsticks that they offered. And the salad is delicious. DO NOT MISS THE HEIRLOOM TOMATO PIZZA in the late spring early summer. It is one of my favorite pizza's ever. read more

Last night, I ordered two pizzas for delivery for $54. I tipped the driver $6. The pizzas were not fully cooked. We popped them in our oven to slightly brown the cheese on top and finish cooking the crust. After baking the pizzas, they were okay, but nothing special. I have never had to finish baking a delivery pizza before....I will not be ordering from Pagliacci again. read more

I have been a regular customer of Pagliacci's since my college days and always thought their service was good...until now. I moved to Bothell a year ago and ordered mainly from Pags because it's the only place that will deliver to my house. Delivery was generally speedy. Two weeks ago I ordered and the driver couldn't find my place, so I cancelled my order. The dispatch center seemed to care and sent a $25 gift certificate. Great, so I ordered again. Two hours, many calls and two missed deadlines later, no pizza and total lack of help from their dispatch center. The driver showed up over two hours later with the cancelled order and we refused it. My advice to Pags: hire drivers from Washington State (I noticed she had California plates), hire a driver who can speak English, and please don't send the same driver a second time to the address she screwed up at the first time. I will never order from Pags again. Much easier to drive to Jet City Pizza or Papa Johns for pick up. read more

This place serves very good pizza with fresh ingredients! Since it was my first time at this place, I wanted to try their most popular pizza which ended up being something similar to a supreme pizza. So I asked Amy the lady at the front to show me a popular pizza that was out of the norm and I ended up with a combo of AGOG Primo and Chicken Primo for my wife and I. The pizza is okay. However, I don't think its worth the $25 bucks it costs! Their flavors are kinda different almost like a Garlic Jim's but not as creative. Their restaurant is a unique design, but the staff is sometimes lazy and doesn't clean up very quickly. I wouldn't recommend this place, and I wouldn't say they're horrible. I just wish they had more to offer since they are trying so hard for a niche. To be fair, I do like their spicy pepperoni it is tasty. Ordered on line for pick up. Really good staff. The pizza was ready within a few minutes of the promised time. Hot and fresh out the kitchen. Very good food- but terrible service. I ordered a salad (for delivery) at around 3 expecting it to come at 5 [when their delivery starts]. First off, the first time I called I was thinking about my order... And they hung up on me. How rude. I finally got around to ordering a party size salad. At around 5:30 I hadn't gotten my delivery so I called them. (FYI I had to leave the house around 6:15 that night). When I called they said they never put the order down and it would be about 40 minutes till it would arrive. I couldn't do that. Everyone in the area seems to rave about Pagliacci, so we decided to try it. Eating the pizza was a little reminiscent of watching Natural Born Killers; everyone raved about how great it was, but after experiencing it for myself I was only left disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the pizza is decent, maybe even good, but it doesn't deserve the hype. They have a good crust, but the toppings are pretty standard fare. To me great pizza has super fresh, quality toppings, homemade sausage & the like. And for the $30 price tag, I'd rather go with an equally good, cheaper pizza. read more

Pagliacci's makes a great pizza. It is a little pricey compared to the national chains, but the taste is better. At some point in the last several months this Pagliacci location started offering pizza by the slice. This is awesome. It let's me enjoy a Pagliacci's pizza without committing to an entire pie, something that my wife and I can't finish alone. read more

Honestly... I was very disappointed with my delivery last time I ordered. I remembered loving the breadsticks in store, so I ordered those along with baked pasta. The pasta was burnt, but still somewhat okay. Breadsticks were dry and not good. :( Maybe I will try a pizza delivery next time... I think I've only done one yelp review before. But tonight needs commenting upon. We called in an order at 6:39 tonight and were told it would be 40 minutes. We arrived at the store at 7:05, too early for the order to be done. We checked in, paid for the pizza, and were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. That would have made it right on time. At 7:55 still no pizza. It was by then 35 minutes late and the new estimate was 10 more minutes. We did get the pizza at 8:05. This was 45 minutes late or more than double the original 40 minute estimate. We appreciate them giving us a $10 gift certificate for the inconvenience. And I've worked in food industry and know you sometimes get slammed. But when that happens, honesty should be part of the solution. Either the phone-in line didn't properly estimate the time (meaning the company has a logistics problem) or the store at 7:05 couldn't project it's own timeline (meaning the store has a logistics problem). I'm going to choose to assume people were not "shining us on" with the time estimates. It would have been easier for all to just be given a closer to realistic estimate. The store staff likely would have felt less stressed from all the frustrated customers. The company would have saved money by not having to give out apology gift certificates. And we would have saved time by running other errands if we knew the realistic estimate. We won't be using the $10 gift certificate, however, because I doubt we'll go back for a long, long while. read more

For the past few months, it's been my family's go-to food when we want something quick, somewhat impressive and somewhat cheap. Well, it's not cheap but a little goes a long way for pizza party weekdays. For a chain, they have some really unique flavor combos and higher quality ingredients. Being able to drive this pizza home ourselves within minutes is an added bonus. Deliveries tend to result in a soggier crust and their crust is amazing. It makes for great leftovers too and wins my award for best cold pizza. read more

Good dine-in experience! Order at the counter, and they bring it to you. The servers are always really pleasant, and there are always fresh flowers on the table. The Caesar salad was a hit, and the pepperoni pizza was a seasoned classic, if a bit on the spicy side. The verde primo is also a must-try for goat cheese lovers, and my guy swears their Hawaiian is unsurpassed... even rivaling our "regular" in Italy. I'm not impressed with their Pagliacci's dipping sauce, though, but if we're just talking pizza they get an A+. read more

I order slices here at the Kenmore location when I'm too lazy to cook at home for the family. They usually have 4 choices. I like their crust and the cheese and pepperoni pizzas seem pretty good to me. I have occasionally ordered a whole large pizza and thought it was expensive. Their beer selection is pretty weak. They have a few bottles, but it's usually the macro-micros, nothing very interesting. I go here twice a month, so obviously, I like it and so does my 5 year old. read more

I was not at all impressed with the food. I went in very excited because I am from Idaho and we have a place back there who does pizza by the slice that they warm up too. But the pizza here was nothing special at all, was kinda greasy, and the crust (which is arguably my favorite part of pizza) was hard, tasteless, and very much reminded me of cardboard. I will not go back. For what they charge you for their pizza I can think of a million other places I would rather go with MUCH better food. read more

Awesome calzones and marinara sauce. I got spinach and mushrooms. Great pizza too. Had the Italian salad with a hint of tarragon in the dressing - fresh, healthy and good sized. Food is medium priced and a good value. I prefer eating there and getting the food right out of the oven. The restaurant has nice decor and the service was friendly and fast. So nice to have Pagliacci in our neighborhood. Consistently good and the staff are always friendly. It's always clean and fairly quick service. Delivery is also quite quick, though I do live close by. At Christmastime they were very accommodating and worked with me to deliver for a fairly large party on a Sunday. read more
