Our technician is Nick H and we have found that he goes above and beyond. These guys installed a heater for us last year and it has worked out great. What I really appreciate is that they always make good recommendations if they see something is wrong or something that has to be corrected and it has resulted in us having a super clean pool, and always ready to use We would highly recommend!

Oh how the mighty have fallen. We were blessed enough to have Colin as our pool technician when we…read morefirst started. Since then, we've had easily 3 new technicians. We didn't notice the decline at first. Things were maintained to an acceptable level and the team (Amelia in particular) was super responsive. Then, things took a sharp turn for the worst. Our pool started showing signs of pool algae. I had to bring this to the attention of the owner and he confirmed they would shock the pool. Little details down to simply not skimming, leaving the waterfall on, in and out within 5-10 minutes and I had enough. Attached are images of how they left our pool. The owner was quick to point blame on us, while admitting that yes, indeed, they had changed technicians. Avoid this company and seek services elsewhere. We have different standards of service. Colin and Amelia are gems and I wish this business continued success. It's too bad we had to part ways on such disappointing terms after such a wonderful beginning.

I noticed a…read morecouple tiles coming loose and called to give them the business since they had previously worked on the pool. I was outside of the 3 year warranty that they offered by about 6 months, but had no problem paying for the work. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant each time I called, but it took several attempts over several weeks to get a call back from someone who could assist. Each time she said she'd pass my info on and I'd hear back when they (I believe the owner, but I can't say for sure) returned. I finally got ahold of someone and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and repair the tiles. I changed my work schedule around to accommodate their appointment window and they never showed. I called towards the end of the window and then again afterwards. I left voicemails each time to try to find out if they were still coming. Nobody answered and I never received a call back. I strongly suggest giving your money to a business that wants and appreciates it.

Poolweb is my new go-to for all my pool supplies from here on out! Although I did not reach out to Poolweb I reached out to Blue Square (manufacturers) and their customer service and assistance were phenomenal! I spoke with 2 of their support techs at Blue Square and they were personable and wanted to help. The final tech in Florida tried to walk me through troubleshooting a lighting error and although he could not get me to see what he saw he came over and fixed it and my pool is back in business looking like the oasis it is with colorful lights!

We bought a complete in-Floor cleaning kit that was sold as a direct replacement for paramount pool…read moreproducts. After starting with the in floor cleaning Modules we had to add reducers in the intake holes to reduce from 2 inch to an inch and a half diamater. The reducers had to be modifed to fit in the holes. After getting those installed the pump did not have enough pressure to lift the in-Floor Heads. Nowhere we're there specs found telling you what size pump was required to operate the modules. We ended up having to spend an additional 1400.00 on a new pump. This would have been nice to know before spending 650.00 for the modules. But wait thats not all we also bought another 1200.00 for new in-floor heads that again were a direct replacement for paramount in-floor heads. After trying to install the new heads they would not go down through the existing in floor socket. I had to machine down the new heads metal plunger 3 thousands of an inch to fit in the existing socket, something that should of been verified to fit existing sockets before claiming that they were a direct replacement. Next I had to buy a new tool to install the new heads, the tool cost 58.00 and it didn't have a way to be installed on a pool pole correctly. They give you a bolt to mount onto the pole that is too ridgid to install a head on a slope not to mention bending your pole so other attachments will no longer fit on your pole. This is a real mickey mouse outfit.

The old pool plaster/tiles was removed 1st, then the patio crew came in with the travertine. The travertine job was perfect- Bernie & the paver guys responded without issue to changes made on the fly (per our request), if we wanted pavers moved due to color variations- no problem, if we wanted a bit more border 'sweep' as opposed to straight line- no problem, the border tiles were changed from the 6" to 8" upon request. The pavers varied in size from 8"x8", 8"x16", 16"x16" & 16"x24". The tile guys did an excellent job with the fit and cuts (corners & rounded borders), that's lots of cuts. BTW- these guys also did the inside pool tile- great job! Provided grout color selection and recommendations based on their experience and paver color match, very friendly and engaging. The pool crew came in and finished the pool w/ the pebble tech, salt and pepper- it's beautiful! looks like the Caribbean blues & sandy beach steps. I even upgraded the diving board ;-) Of course Bernie and Dan are professionals and have been doing this for decades, of course they are expected to do an awesome job but they work with you, are happy and their crews are happy.
