I'm here working from out of town and one of my sub contractors told me about this place when I was…read moretalking to him about getting a new pair of Ariat boots, He had stated that he has been buying boots and clothing from there for quite some years and that when I got there to go see Richard Richard is definitely the man you want to see, he knows his boots, I was trying some pull on Ariats and other boots as well and nothing Seemed to fit quite right, so after talking to him about my issues of trying to get a pull on boot to fit properly he had decided to measure my foot and found out that I have been buying the wrong size all along as far as pull on boots go He told me I actually had a narrow foot and therefore when it comes to a pull on boot I need to make sure I am getting a narrow boot or I will always have a lot of slippage in the heel and the boot will never be comfortable, Richard contacted Ariat (since the Ariat catalog shows that they make a narrow) and sure enough they carry a narrow, so he ordered it and sure enough the boot fits very well and is very comfortable I have been back there several times for other things and I am going back there today to purchase another pair of boots before I have to leave Colorado to go work in another state They have a very good selection of boots and clothing and I recommend this place over and over Their whole staff is very helpful and on top of their game, just makes it a great place to shop at

The staff helped my husband and me select everything we needed, and we spent about $1,000. Unfortunately, my swim cap ripped the second time I used it. When I returned to request an exchange, the experience was completely different. The employee immediately blamed my nails, then said she couldn't help because only the owner could approve it. The conversation became focused on whether the brand's rep would reimburse the store, which felt irrelevant as a customer simply asking for an even exchange on a $10 item. It was disappointing to receive that level of resistance over such a small issue after making a significant purchase just days earlier. Sadly, this experience means I won't be returning.
