She actually gave me a dirty look as I entered the store with my return. On top of that, she refused to give me a receipt for my return, so I'm still unsure the transaction really went through. If a customer is in your store, the customer should always take precedent over a phone call, return or purchasing. Really poor service and very rude. This store has a children's department with very nice things, but that does cut down on the offerings for women. The selection for men and women in the Boulder store is a little larger so I often buy there too. Nice people in both stores.
