I've definitely experienced better Buckle stores. In fact almost every buckle store that I've gone to, was better than this one. Unfortunately, I didn't know that at the time. Not only was the salesgirl unhelp-ful, but she was also pushy and continued to bring me things to try on that I was not interested in. I know the employees make comission, but back off please. Also, they do NOT have mirrors in the dressing room. I really don't want to walk out of the dressing room everytime I try something on. This store seemed cluttered and the lack of mirrors in the dressing room was baffling. Buckle, you have the best jeans but I'll be shopping at your other locations. read more

I love this store!! I have my own personal shopper (Amanda). She sends me pics of jeans, shoes, tops that she thinks I might like and she's spot on!! If I'm not happy with something, I just bring it back... no issues. Definitely worth the Buckle credit card. I get rewards on everything I buy! If I see something on line that I want, I just text Amanda or call the store and she sends it to me! I also visit the store and love seeing new product! All the gang... Small store for all the people in it but the store associates were very helpful and friendly to me. I wanted to try a few new brands I looked up online and they helped me find the styles on the shelf and also to find the right size for me as I had not been jean shopping in a LONG time. The staff here is very inattentive and do not listen to what you want. They push jeans when you are looking for shorts. The selection on clothes here is also going down hill. Most everything they carry now seems to be focused around what can best be described as Texan pattens and fashion trends. I wish they could go back to the staff, styles and patterns they use to have. read more

This is the only place I buy my jeans now. Very expensive but fit very well. My favorite brand is Rock Revival. I actually couldn't find my size and they called other stores with no luck and they went online with me and took time to help me find the perfect pair. read more

It bums me out that I feel the need to write this. I shopped at this store for nearly the past 8 years. I've always enjoyed the selection of clothes, and the employees have always been very helpful and friendly. Recently I purchased a $$!!!75 shirt on a Friday night for the purpose of having something to wear later that evening. After driving 20 miles back home, I discovered that the cashier failed to remove the security badge on the shirt. Consequently I had no shirt to wear for the evening and this was a significant inconvenience for me. I spoke on the phone with the manager (who's name I will not mention), and they did apologize and say they would make it up to me when I came back to the store. So I eventually made it back to the store, after having spent additional time, money and gas to get there (not to mention the initial inconvenience), only to have the manager offer to make it up to me with a $10 gift card. I felt this wasn't sufficient given the above, and I made it clear to the manager ($10 may not have even covered the additional gas spent!). Regardless, the manager did not budge an inch and appeared to have no empathy for my situation despite me having stated my concerns above. I left knowing I would never shop there again. Prior to that day, I probably averaged between $200-300 annually to Buckle, with 90% specific to the Broomfield location. Later that evening I wrote a letter to the company on their company website. I advised of my displeasure and my intent to write a review on Yelp within a week's time of the event. The following morning I received a letter of apology from a customer service rep. While I did appreciate the gesture from the rep, it held little weight coming from someone that is not in management, and with nothing more to say than essentially, "we're sorry". It has now been a week since I received that email, thus I fell compelled to follow up on my promise to the corporate office to provide a review. I feel the Service and lack of empathy was poor. I believe that a company/business-owner can not even measure a ROI for best in class Service - it is SO valuable. I probably would have accepted even $20-25 and it would have at least covered my costs of driving there a second time. I suspect that most people who shop at Buckle are not incredibly wealthy, so I believe they vote with their dollars, and where they choose to shop is important. Thus, I am writing this review to assist potential customers so they can make educated choices about where they shop and choose to spend their hard earned money, Great selection and employees, but if you encounter a Service issue, it is buyer beware. read more

I like this location, and have had pretty good luck with customer service too. I understand the sales associates make commission, and so they can come off as a little pushy, but that isn't my typical experience at this store. Today, I came in and my experience was a little different. As soon as I walked in a lady approached me, greeted me, and asked what brought me in today. I responded that I was just looking around, and her face just didn't really seem to like my answer. I barely made it over to the table where the jeans were, and another lady asked if she could get me some sizes. I responded that I was just looking and thanked her. She then asked me if I had tried a particular style of jeans, and I said yes I had several pair. I understand they were just doing their jobs, and trying to provide the best services they could, but I didn't enjoy my experience in there today, because I couldn't look on my own. I think maybe they would benefit from just trying to pick up on any signs that their customers may want a little space to look before all the questions. Like I mentioned above, this was just my experience today; otherwise, this store has always given me a good experience. read more

I've been to this store numerous times now all thanks to Bailey. My first visit was a nightmare and the girl helping me wasn't listening to what I wanted. She picked me out jeans that weren't my style at all and then pushed me to buy them because they would look "absolutely great" on me. She then was rude; very poor customer service skills. I left thinking I'd never come back. A few months later, I decided to give this store another shot, and it worked out for the best. Bailey was very understanding to what I wanted and picked me out exactly that. I wasn't pressured to buy anything. I have now bought numerous items from there. I only go if I know Bailey is working because she's great. read more

I have been to WAY better buckle stores then this one. First off, as soon as I wallked into the store, one of the lady workers there called to here co-worker and told him to "help" me, when she just wanted him to watch us because I am african american. She tried to whisper this but i don't think she knows how to whisper. Then her co worker watched me the entire time as i shopped, so i decided i didn't want to spend my money there and left. They could have made a sell but not this time. I am never going back to this buckle ever again read more
