UPDATE: Parker showed up at 8:40 am and there was no level of accountability. He unlocked the door to allow the other workers who were there on time to go in, and then he poked his head out and said it would be another 15 minutes because he needs to open up the registers. Accountability is very important and shows that you care (whether or not you do). Thankfully, I only needed to return an Amazon package. I did not need to make a purchase and I do not plan on making any purchases from that location. Please give Parker some customer service training.

He took care of my postal and made sure my package would get there at the time and I got a good price cut. They also have the Western Union, money orders and check cashing services inside this place next to FedEx. They also rented a small part of the store to a wide selection of cell phone accessories. I am totally satisfied with this place, service and would definitely recommend others to come here.

For my package drop off, I was in and out within less than 5 minutes. I love that my visits are always so efficient. This store is quite big too. They have a multitude of services they offer, so more than likely you will be able to get done what you need to get done. Do not use this company…read more I hired All My Sons Moving specifically because I have a solid marble dining table that's heavy and fragile, and I needed movers I could trust to handle it properly. That trust was completely misplaced. I told the crew lead directly, before they touched the table, that it was fragile and needed careful handling. That message never made it to the second mover, who didn't speak English, so the two guys carrying my table down a flight of stairs weren't even communicating with each other. Predictably, they dropped it right onto concrete and chipped the corner of a table worth around $1,500. The driver stood right there and told me I'd be taken care of. That was a lie. I filed a formal claim with photos and a documented replacement cost of $1,049. Week later, AMS's "resolution" was a check for $133, calculated off some buried $0.60-per-pound liability clause that has nothing to do with what the table is actually worth. I responded in writing rejecting that insult of an offer within their own deadline. That was 3 days ago. Total silence since. This company will happily take your money and make promises on moving day, then hide behind fine print the second they break something expensive. Zero accountability, zero follow-through, and a claims process that's designed to lowball you and hope you give up. If you have anything of real value, do not trust these people to move it. I regret ever calling them for the one item i needed moved.

I filed a claim after a couple of weeks hoping that the package would turn up. It contained 2 heavy winter coats at a value of $317.00. On November 29, 2021 UPS approved my claim and instructed me to contact the store for payment. Myself and one of my employees have been to the store to collect only to be told that they don't have the money. I have called Shaunelle to try to straighten out the problem. She always tells me that we will be paid soon and that she will call me. She never calls. I have tried many, many times to contact her but the stores phone' voicemail box if full. Here we are 2 months after UPS say the claim and payment has been approved and I have got nothing but a dodge from this UPS Store.
