For my package drop off, I was in and out within less than 5 minutes. I love that my visits are always so efficient. This store is quite big too. They have a multitude of services they offer, so more than likely you will be able to get done what you need to get done. We called the Staples at Mall of Georgia while waiting around (this guy is the brother of the manager here!), and he also tried to upsell. After being abandoned by the second sales consultant, we left and went to Best Buy. When we called to complain online, they hung up on us. We are not wild customers with high demands. We simply came in to ask for a laptop, and we're dismissed. I've been buying laptops from Staples for years, this is not good customer service. Do better.
