My move was coordinated and set up by Miss Cheli and Jas' team of movers did not only arrive ahead of schedule but they wasted no time getting started and just JAMMED the whole time. These guys were fantastic! We had a very hard working crew of six pack our belongings into 3 huge trucks and transport them to our new home about an hour away. They worked for fourteen hours on a hot day and I didn't hear a single complaint. They were careful with our property, they had great attitudes, and they were just all around nice guys. Despite the heat and the physical labor, they were honking and laughing throughout the entire job. I genuinely enjoyed having them around. Customer service was great at first but they changed the quote from $175 and hour to $235 an hour and added a truck and a guy to my service I didn't request 4 days before my move. Also doubled the service fee. While I appreciate them thinking I might need more space with two trucks I don't like the last minute quote change as I'm not made out of money. I had to call to remind them to send that quote. It was promised on Wednesday after a walk thru then I had to call Friday night to find this out. Too many red flags to proceed forward feeling comfortable with a move. Get your quote in writing before right before your move is my advice. Also look at how long someone is in business & do they have a good reputation in the community especially with other moving companies. Now I'm scrambling to find someone else so added stress but it's okay I would rather do that they have last minute price changes. read more
