Go to Jeanette and Jeanette only. I would actually give this place a 3 based on my own experience (lady was rushing to get out, was a little rough), but my sister had the owner Jeanette, who was EXTREMELY kind, accommodating (took us last minute right before she closed), and friendly. The spa is pretty clean, and they take card and tip on card without an extra fee like a lot of other salons. The have gel manicures but I would double check the color on your nails first. I tried a taupe/nude color and it was too clear (wasn't at all like the color on the sample). read more

I left work early today, and stopped into Pacifica Beauty Salon for a Pedi. Jeanette is AMAZING! she really knows how to get you in, pampered and out! LOVE her! LOVE my PEDI! Great place!!! Great prices!!! read more

Love this place! First and foremost, not only do they take appointments, they actually honor them and when you have one you never have to wait. This is such a refreshing change from the previous place I went to accross the highway. Also the place is very clean and the ladies are true professionals. I have had mani/pedi by everyone there at one time or another and I have never had a bad one from any of them. I highly recommend them, read more

I stopped by the salon right before closing. Jennette was waxing someone and after a short wait I was laying on the bed ready to go. She was very responsive and listened as I told her that I was getting ready for an up coming event. She did an excellent job making me feel comfortable as she waxed my eyebrows and upper lip. It was very inexpensive and she did a great job. I will definitely be back. read more

Pacifica Beauty Salon is great! Owner Jeanette is wonderful! Everything is very clean - everyone gets their own sterilized kit with each manicure/pedicure. Awesome! They honor appointments and are always on time - I have never had to wait more than the time it takes me to pick out my polish. I highly recommend them. read more

I came here for the first time, about an hour before closing. Everyone was super friendly and I was really happy with my french manicure and polish change on the toes until I got home and both my fingers and toes were covered in bubbles. It must have been the top coat. I can't say that I'll be back. Appointments are encouraged. read more

I've been going here for the last 3yrs. Jeannette is the owner and very nice. Although you can walk in to see if there is a spot, it's best to call to make an appointment so you are ready, set to go. The location is convenient (at least for me it is) and the prices for pedi and medi are reasonable. read more

Came here for the first time since I just moved to Pacifica and the toes needed some love. Pretty good pedicure and less expensive ($18) than I usually pay in Burlingame and San Mateo. No frills (no hot stones, tea, water), but they used hot towels, have massage chairs, and were able to accommodate me on a Saturday. Good value. I will probably be back read more

Came here because I was somewhat attracted by the reasonable prices and good reviews. Pretty sure my experience would have been different if I had an appointment, but the moment I walked in I was told, "Sorry, we can't do it. We don't have time." in what I perceived to be a rude manner. There were already two other customers in a chair. Both of them seemed irritated. One already had her feet in the water and when I walked in, she was told they wouldn't have time for her either because of the other customer so she started putting her shoes back on. This place could live up to its 5 star reviews if it wasn't for the whole appointment situation and shooing the walk-ins away. read more

I called to make an apt for a pink and white fill, and they confirmed my apt. When I got there tho, the sweet lady told me that they didn't do pink and white. The picture of prices must have confused me, it says that a pink and white fill is $25? read more

The signs in front all say that they open at 9:30am. I came early and waited for them to open which they never did. I even called and there was no voicemail and no one picked up, so I ended up leaving and drove to a nail salon that opened at 10am. You lost my business for not being professional and opening when your signs and yelp all advertise that you open at 9:30am! read more

I decided to come here based on reviews and was definately not disappointed. Sweet sweet employees, inexpensive and did an amazing job on my pedicure. Happy client and I recommend this place for a quick relaxing simple nail salon. read more

I called yesterday around 1:30 to ask if they had any pedi appointments available for a friend and myself (not expecting much considering it was New Year's Eve). They said they could take us right away if we came in so, off we went. The staff were super nice and welcoming, definitely clean (I loved that they opened the sterile tools right in front of me) and I had a wonderful time. I'm very self conscious about my feet, since my pinky toe nail doesn't really grow right and every pedicure I've had in the past have poked fun at me about it. It was refreshing to not have that happen this time. And the color was applied beautifully. Will be going back soon! I need a manicure badly! Lol. read more

A week later I had to have very painful ingrown nail surgery which was infected. I would show you all a picture but that would just be awful. read more

These gals are great- they are professional, they are friendly, and they don't rush you out. I've been here twice and I will come back again! They take their time doing a fantastic job and the price is very reasonable. I recommend calling and asking when a good time to come is, since there are only 2 nail artists.... read more

I came for my body waxing here from Jeanette. She is very good at her work. She is very sensitive with her hands and good with her work too. Overall the place is very clean as well. read more

Summary: Clean, amazing attention to detail, I'll be back. Wonderful experience. The ladies are very nice and don't rush through services. I've never had such detail attention paid to my cuticles, both hands and feet. I saw them open a new pack of tools for both my hands and feet. As my hands and feet were under the dryer a guy cleaned the pedicure station I had been in. read more

Today was my second visit, and I give Lynn a thumbs up on a great job. I can tell she takes pride in her profession. After searching for the right nail salon, I think I finally found it read more

This is a fantastic place for a mani/pedi, facial or other of these kinds of services. The new owner Lynne believes in great customer service, and provides the same! I've been with her she she bought the salon in September and highly recommend her services! (I was a customer of the prior owner, and was so pleased when it was Lynne who took over when she retired!) read more

I really wanted to love this salon. I had a great mani/pedi. I called to schedule my next mani/pedi and made an appointment for Tuesday. I was told there is a policy to cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. I called on Monday more than 24 hours in advance (as requested) to change the appointment from Tuesday to Wednesday due to illness. There were no appointment times available for Wed, Thu or Fri. I requested a Saturday appointment, anytime. I was asked to call back on Friday to schedule that appointment. Anytime I've tried to make an appointment any less than 3 days in advance the schedule is booked. I was told that I was being punished because I attempted to properly move my appointment regardless that complied with the 24 cancel/reschedule policy. The staff is so incredibly rude and speak so disrespectfully to customers. To top it all off, the owner's father sits and stares at you while you are trying to relax and enjoy your service. read more

For the prices, this place is great. I dropped in for a mani/pedi and eyebrow wax. They were able to start on me right away and I think the whole thing cost about $31. I can't remember if that was before or after tip, but I'm leaning toward the latter. It wasn't the absolute best that I've ever had, but definitely for this price. My polish seemed to chip pretty easily, and I did have a few spots with polish on the skin. And maybe a very few errant brow hairs that I had to tweeze later. I've been back a few times for my eyebrows, and I really do like this place. Especially if I drive by and it looks like they can take a walk-in. read more

Jeanette was very nice and easy to talk to. They did well on my nails and feet. It's not a five star place but a simple $28 mani pedi can't be beat. read more

Went in for a pedicure yesterday. The lady trimming my cuticles was not gentle at all. It actually started bleeding!! She didn't even apologize or seem concerned. She ended up putting something on it that stung alot. She was just as rough with my other foot. No way am I going back.. read more

Lynn did a great job giving me a French gel manicure and a French pedicure. I have gotten so many compliments. I like that she does the design free hand and she listens because I like my nails short!!! Lynn you are that good that I will continue to come to you on a weekly basis. Thank you thank you thank you read more

I have been going to this place since it opened. I enjoy getting my nails done here and waxing eyebrows and legs. Jeanette and Carol are perfect and a joy to chat with. I have referred my family to this shop and they have never been disappointed. The environment is peaceful and clean. I love the hot towels and massages. I can't wait to book my next appointment! read more

I love going here for mani's and pedi's. They are very friendly and most importantly very clean/. Everyone is good, though in my personal opinion Janette is the best. But I will see whoever is available. They are the best and cleanest in Pacifica! Love them. read more

Today was my 3rd visit and these ladies are great. The mani pedi is beautiful and relaxing. It lasts the full 2 to 3 weeks without getting gel. They clean up right after you get out of the massage chairs. The only down side is it's small so call ahead. read more

Awesome pedicures! Their massage chairs are the best and their foot rubs are great! Jeanette is so sweet and the prices are so affordable!

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I walked in the salon around 4:30 pm today Saturday (9/14/19) not a single person in the salon, no salon worker in the front of the salon....I called out "hello" a few times when finally a woman appeared from the back asking me what I needed. When she approached close, I asked her if they fix broken nails....I had chipped a nail earlier. I simply asked if she can seal the nail & before I can even complete my sentence, she rudely said, "I' am very busy" as she sort of walked towards me - hinting that I leave the salon. I was shocked and told her that no one is in the salon so how's she busy, but she kept walking towards the door again sort of pushing me out the door. I can't express how shocked and upset I was. She didn't even let me finish, she assumed that I just wanted one of my nail fixed for free. I had a broken nail or two in my life before and which ever salon I went to get it fixed - never hesitated to fix it. She didn't even gave me chance to explain that I'm not asking for a free service, I was happy to pay for it. To give you a bit more background - I'm 8 month pregnant and my baby shower is coming up the following Saturday. So, wasn't planing on getting the full mani pedi just yet since I didn't want my nail color to chip. I thought I get the one nail fixed and close to my baby shower I'll get the full service done. This is no way to treat potential future customer or human beings in general. VERY VERY RUDE!!! read more

I hadn't been here in quite a while and now i remember why. Terrible pedicure! I didn't get the name of the gal that gave me the pedicure. The water was too hot that i couldn't put my feet in. Towels were also way too hot. Hardly massaged my feet and calfs. Didn't even cover all of my nails with the polish AND cut me under my big toe nail. Waxing of my eyebrows by Jeanette was ok, except still had a reaction to the wax 7 hours later. Won't go back for a pedicure for sure. read more

I walked in and asked for a pedicure, they said they were fully booked for the night (Wednesday) and it was empty. Literally.

Such a good find in Pacifica. I have tried many nail salons in Pacifica and this is definitely my favorite. I have gotten a mani pedi here more than once. It's very reasonably priced and the ladies there are very friendly and do a great job on the nails. read more

A very professional, courteous, neighborhood-y salon. I was able to make a reservation for 2 mani-pedis a few hours ahead on a Saturday. The color selection is a bit on the small side, but adequate, and the lady recommended a really great color for my skin. It's been a little longer than a week since I had my nails done, and the pedi is just as shiny and gorgeous. The mani lasted longer then any mani I've had before (4+ days, but I am hard my on fingernails). read more

Tried this salon. They take dirty towels, shake them and use them again. Not a clean place. Watch out for your health.

I'm so happy I found this place. It's close to my house and convenient with plenty of parking. They take appointments only which is great since they take their time with you. So far I've enjoyed both the pedicure and gel manicure. I've never been so relaxed getting a manicure, I think I almost fell asleep last time! It's also extremely clean. Much cleaner than some of the other places in Daly City that I've seen. Plus, the ladies are nice and do an incredible job without rushing. I highly recommend if you're in the area. read more

Great pedicure, very gentle. Was my 2nd time here. Will definently will be back very nice people.

I've been looking for a nail salon here in Pacifica for the longest time and gave up because they were too pricey or whatever reason. I usually go to a nail salon in the East bay because that's where I originally am from. Upon entering the salon for my 10:30 appointment I was greeted with a warm hello and my salon chair was being prepped. This is my first time here and I'm sitting in the salon chair as I speak (well in this case, type) the people here are nice and the place is clean (which is a must... Am I right?) Jeanette opened up the sterile tools right in front of me. Which put my mind at ease knowing it was a brand new pack. Jeanette is the best and I highly recommend you make an appointment with her. I made an appointment for a pedicure, and wax and both jobs were executed perfectly!... Needless to say I'm one happy camper and found my new local nail salon and will definitely be coming back! :) read more

I have chosen this nail salon because it is close to my home and has a lot good reviews. I didn't make an appointment. It was around 1 pm and they had only one client. I asked if they have time for mani and pedi for me. They checked the book and set me down. Ladies are very nice and polite. Place is not dirty, but not super clean as well. The quality of work is not great, that's why I gave them 3 star. My cuticle isn't clean well. I have ingrown in my toes, and asked them pay more attention on them, but.. I payed $28 for regular many and pedi. The price is cheap. So you get what you payed for. read more

This place was so relaxing! The ladies inside were so kind! I really enjoyed stopping here while I was in town!

Located in a cute little Tudor style building in a well-kept area of Pacifica is a charming place called Pacifica Nail Salon. This happens to be, in my opinion the best kept secret in Pacifica. The staff, on this day Carol and Jeanette were very nice and the place is immaculately clean. First they immerse your feet in a hot jacuzzi spa tub as your massaging chair kneads away the stress in your back muscles. Then she takes out a sealed, sterilized packet of tools so you know its hygenic and then she trims and tidies up your nails to perfection. Next she coats your legs in heated lotion and proceeds with a very decadent foot and leg massage for what seems like a very long time. Then your legs and feet are wrapped in hot towels which is just pure bliss. Finally she applies your choice of polish and puts your feet under a heat fan for a long time so the pedicure will last a lot longer. Perfect toes for only $17, which is a better price than the other two salons i know of in Pacifica. I will definately go back! They also do waxing and facials for very good prices. 5 stars! read more
