I was hoping to like this place because it's conveniently located for me. I came in for a simple pedicure and the customer next to me was getting the same service. Mine was done in half the time. She applied lotion to my damp legs, didn't push back my cuticles, or even scrub my feet. I asked about the scrubbing and she laughed and said she forgot, after denying it initially. So she proceeded to do it after the service when my nails were painted. She then asked me to Venmo her a tip. I tipped her out of courtesy, but will never return. I ended up doing my own pedicure when I got home. Waste of money! I much prefer Susan's Nails in Redwood City. They never disappoint, lower cost, and the kindest service. I would much rather drive to them than have an unsatisfied experience for convenience. read more

Wow, what an amazing transformation! It's hard to believe it only took five days to complete. The staff here works incredibly hard and maintains a positive vibe all day long. Their hours until 8 PM fit with my schedule, and the prices are very reasonable too! Li is a standout talent--she can recreate just about any design you show her. What I love most is her upbeat attitude and her exceptional design skills. She has a steady hand and pays great attention to detail. With such a wide variety of colors, you'll find yourself changing your mind every couple of minutes! While I do miss their cozy couch, the upgrades have created a fresh and inviting atmosphere. We were very fortunate to drop in and get our nails done. My wife had a mani-pedi And I had just a pedicure. Since we were a drop in they had us come back in an hour and took us right away. Lucky for us as many of the many the places were closed and the ones that were open were busy. Their prices looked reasonable and their services look good. I like the way that the inside of the place looked too. Good chairs clean floors and a happy vibe. Both my wife and I were very well taken care of. The person who did my pedicure was named Jenny and she was very gentle working with my feet and it made me so relaxed and comfortable. My wife was very happy with her nails and toenails in the colors that she selected. The place is clean comfortable and they are very thorough with their work. Finding Joe was a game-changer; he's honestly the best I've ever been to, even compared to places in San Francisco or anywhere in the Bay Area. And it's such a bonus that it's all right here in my neighborhood. What really sets Joe and Lee apart isn't just how friendly and attentive they are, but their incredible skill. Mi and Li are absolutely lovely people. They also do a fantastic job with my nails, both hands and feet. I brought in a picture of what I wanted for my nails and Li did it perfectly. She had already told me that I could bring in a picture and that she could do pretty much anything. Jackpot! She definitely can. I come here for a basic pedicure once a month and they are good. I decided to do my nails before the holidays. and they are amazing. I did dip color and they added tips to my nails to make them a bit longer. they have not moved for the past two weeks! Amazing staff. They pay attention to the details and do not rush their clients . I've had dip sets and acrylic sets and both have been beautiful. I also am OBSESSED with their delux pedicure. It is the best pedicure u have ever had and I've been getting pedicures for over 25 years. Terrible service my manicure lady was rushing so much cut my cuticles to blood twice! After I told her once already that she's cutting too fast and not careful. She asked if I want to cut it then?!? Wtf.I had to tell her to clean my under nails too. Never again. I asked to speak to manager, she will walk to her and said I don't have to pay. I can honestly say I've been coming here since a little girl. My mom used to take me here for manicures when I was five! I started coming here about a year ago. I needed a place that was open late on weekdays and Nail Touche was open until 8pm and could take me at 730. This worked out ell with mine and my bff's schedules. We don't get to see each other in person often, so we try to get our nails done together 1-2x a month. We both get gel nails done and have jobs that have us typing all day. So we are always on the look out for a good gel manicure with good polish that can look amazing until the next time we can come. We found that at this salon! They have a huge selection of polish, wonderful technicians, comfortable setting. The couple that runs the salon always remember our names and ask me about my mom (she's came with me 1x).
