I never requested their assistance with a tow and my AAA was already called, so there was no reason for them to take my vehicle. After contacting them multiple times to try and retrieve my items, they were uncooperative and when I retrieved my items. Items were missing. Never use this service, they are thieves, they are liars, and they take advantage of people in a tough time. Horrible experience, 1/5. Will never use them again and will possibly be pursuing legal action.

We thought we were well-covered with USAA Roadside Assistance, but after multiple delays from their contracted vendor (Agero) and over 2 hours of waiting, we took the matter into our own hands and reached out to Doug at AA Tech. He was there within minutes, got our spare tire on and proceeded with finding and installing a new full-sized tire. He was both professional and personable. We were on our way home within an hour. Doug was also helpful in getting us the proper paperwork so we could get reimbursed (partially) by our insurance company. They are worth it. Many thanks!

I imagine that probably a lot of people think of them that way. I was in Bakersfield towing my boat over the Grapevine and right before I got on the freeway I five north. It sounded like an M80 was going off. Turned out it was my trailer tire. Seemed like a simple fix. I had a spare course, the spare was extremely difficult to 26 years old no sign of anywhere, when Ron inflated it the valvestem went. So grateful that Ron and Jan knew what to do, and he just hustle that 20 foot trailer with my ski boat on it onto his beautifully, well equipped, flatbed trailer, and Syd I will see you at your house and Woodland Hills. Hour and a half later he was unloading it and all I could think of was how grateful I was to have been sent these Angels.

Started getting weird messages from my Mazda app, critical failure warnings? What the heck! When I got to the vehicle, error lights were flashing like crazy. The press to start wasn't working and there were bells going off left and right. While I was trying to troubleshoot, hubby called AAA who said someone would be over in 40 minutes. An hour later we called again and after a lot of stammering, they finally told us the original people they were sending had declined the job. Seriously? It wasn't C&D so this isn't their bad. After pleading our case that we were sitting in a dark parking lot with closed businesses and the area getting sketchier, they reached out to C&D and told us it would be 30-40 minutes. Again! We weren't in a remote area.. we were in the heard of Palmdale near the mall. Robert to the rescue! When the C&D/AAA truck pulled up, it was much earlier than had been quoted and Robert was kind, friendly, and made sure to get us home safe and sound on a Sunday night. He looks professional and gives a sense of confidence and safety.. I appreciated his excellent service! I'm still annoyed with the mess with AAA but once Robert got the assignment, he rescued us!

I try to catch him to see what he speed was, and he was doing mph. The speed limit on El Mirage Rd is 60. As he approached the t-intersection that takes you back to Lake LA or the Gray Butte facility, this driver flat out runs the stop sign, barely slown down enough to make the turn. Friggin ridiculous! FIRE THIS CLOWN!

I am writing this review for my father a man that broke his hip last year and relies on a walker to…read morewalk In October, 1924 Countrywide towing sold him a battery and told him they would guarantee it for three years and if it wouldn't start, they would come out and start it with guaranteed for three years On Saturday, my father called 8: 15 in the morning Countrywide dispatcher called the address and said a driver would be here in 45 minutes. waited two hours and I called back and they said they would not service our area because the driver ruined his vehicle which I'm assuming wasn't a personal vehicle it was it Countrywide towing company vehicle and the company would not let him drive on dirt road. which caused a call Aaa back and file a claim against this sold a battery that they guaranteed for three years but to come back-and-forth with Aaa that this company is the company they contract with 10 hours Aaa could not provide the service with the contracted company country wide towing. This is how you take care of an 82 hope I never need to rely on their service. Specially, the dispatcher and the driver didn't even have the courtesy to call and let him know they were not coming. And I really do not believe when he was telling me about ruining the vehicle on pictures on the website show they have huge tow trucks and there's no reason they should not be able to drive up a dirt road truly truly unacceptable and quite disgusting when an elderly man is unable to help himself and needed help with the jump. This company took advantage of him and did not guarantee their service. Shame on them.
