This is going to sound crazy but I had a pretty good experience with Randy (who impounded my car). I work on base and left my beater car in one place for too long, so of course Security Forces towed it. I found out by getting a huge invoice in the mail from Interstate's Lien company... It was hundreds of dollars. Almost half was for storage fees before the lien company contacted me. I worked with SF, called my mechanic friends, called my towing company relatives nobody could really say or do anything to help or offer any great advice so I ended up calling them directly. Randy was nice and understanding. He's just trying to make a living and probably has to deal with a lot scarier than me on a daily basis. We ended up settling out. He helped me where he could and even jumped my very dead battery. While I hope to never see my car in his lot again, I wouldn't hesitate to call his company for a tow. I don't think it's fair to subtract a star or two just because he happened to be the guy that got asked to tow my car. read more

My Tacoma gave out on me on base. After calling around, I was recommended to Interstate Automotive Towing. They were very polite and gave me a really good quote. Plus it helped that they could get on to base without me having to call the base MPs to get them in. My driver was Paith and he got there in no time at all. Quick, professional, and a good conversationalist. Paith took me to the auto shop and waited around while I talked business. He then offered a ride to my home and as we were almost there, my wife told me she was at Albertsons, so he took me there since I didn't have any spare keys. Was a great service rendered.
