On July 29, 2023 A truck was stuck in the sand in my backyard in Littlerock CA. I called AAA at 11:30am to help send a tow truck. After an hour waiting, I called the tow truck company who took the assigned call. They informed me that they don't do extractions/recovery, meaning getting vehicles unstuck in the backyard. I called AAA again to inform them that the tow company doesn't do extractions/recoveries. They then put that I refused the service in order to reassign the service to another towing company. After about an hour I called the assigned company AAA had requested. They told me that they are in Pacoma CA, and that they don't service my area. I then called AAA again to let them know that the company they send out doesn't cover my area. AAA then told me they will call me back after they find another company that could help. After another hour I called AAA back again, this time they told me that the truck that is stuck in my backyard is more than 50 feet away from the pavement and couldn't help me. I explained that my drive way does have pavement and it's not 50 feet from where the truck is stuck. I then asked to speak to a supervisor who informed me that she will keep looking for another company to help me. I waited another hour and started calling all other towing companies. Many companies do not services my area or do extractions/recovery. It has now been 7 and 1/2 hours dealing with my situation. Family members had also been trying to get the truck unstuck this whole time and could have damaged the truck. After my 7th call I found 24 Seven Towing Company. Javier spoke to me and was very understanding, professional and helpful. I couldn't believe I finally found a towing company that could help me. I called AAA to let them know that I found a towing company that could help me, they didn't care. They never sent out anyone to help me nor follow up with my situation. After being with AAA as a premier member for 13 years, I was treated poorly. What a nightmare. Javier arrived quickly to my home, looked at the stuck truck and took charge. In less than an hour he had that truck out with no damage to the truck. He knew exactly what he was doing. It was a relief to finally deal with a professional who got the job done with quality and care. I will definitely use 24 Seven towing company again. Why? Because they are 24-7 come in a timely hour, are professional get the job done right the first time and actually care about their customers. I can't thank Javier enough for his help. read more

BEWARE! BEWARE BEWARE! We decided to hire this towing company to tow one of our race cars back from the track to a shop. Everything was going fine until we realized that our job was farmed out to another company named " Super Service Towing & Recovery LLC" to do the job. They did not even let us know that they were selling our tow to someone else. Upon arriving to the shop, we realized the driver had bend both of the rear wheels because he used hard straps that are normally used for towing MUCH MUCH bigger trucks. He over tightened it and kept saying "it's not that bad" anyone who knows anything about cars knows that once a rim is bend, it's no longer usable. They are very expensive rims and the driver and the owner of this company who farmed it out kept trying to state the it wasn't there fault. We had a long day and told the driver we'll call it even. We won't pay for the tow and we'll forget about the rims. It would have been about $600 waved for rims that cost about $3800. We did that as a FAVOR. He then turned more hostile and told us the rims weren't that bad and they aren't $600 worth. He talked loudly on the phone to the owner of this company who he was working with and saying that we were exaggerating. He then tried to bend the rims with his hands which did absolutely nothing. He was asked to send pictures and took them as far away as possible and angled so they did not appear dented. The driver admitted fault and "apologized" but then said " you know how it is, I can't just admit on the record it's my fault." Later, when the insurance company said it's NOT covered and we contacted him... He then texted us threatening us saying he is not liable for anything and to "go ahead and waste us time in court, we won't win." The owner of this company told the driver to tell us that we should go through insurance. We agreed. Now their insurance is saying it's not covered and is not cooperating at all. We now paid for the tow AND the rims because of incompetence. If you're going to farm out work, farm it out to people who are capable and are not so rude. If you damage something, own up to it. I will NEVER use this company or Super Service Towing & Recovery LLC again. DO NOT USE!! 24 Seven Towing is at fault for hiring an incompetent driver to do their job. We did not know he would send a different company in his place because he did not inform us of such. AVOID AT ALL COSTS And we will see you in escalate the case along with Super Service Towing. read more

If I could give 24 seven towing 10 stars I would. There is a reason they have all five star reviews. It's because they deserve them. I had a flat tire in 104° heat and called numerous other towing companies. One said it would be over an hour and two hours later I finally started calling other companies and getting the same runaround it would be at least an hour and a half. Because I didn't have a spare I was told I needed a flatbed tow. Last resort I called 24 seven towing, Javier, the ultimate professional, told me he could be out in 10 minutes to see if he could patch it up for me and if not he would get a flatbed. It wasn't an easy patch job and like I said in 104° heat he stayed out there working on my patch until it could get me to the nearest tire shop. He then went above and beyond and followed me to make sure I got there safely. And then he followed up the next day to make sure the tire was on fine and I had no further problems. As a woman sitting out on the side of the road it is really reassuring knowing that there are professional companies out there that care so much. Honestly it's hard to believe in this day and age there is still this type of service with professionalism. Javier was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend him if your car ever stops and leaves your stranded in a very dark freeway especially on the 15 freeway going to Palmdale. I called so many towing companies and he was the only one who said yes and helps us at 12am. And he even helped us getting my car to run again the next day by taking me to OReily too since I know nothing about cars. On top of that he took the time to explain to my brother about the whole situation to what he did to our car to the rates. He is absolutely generous, reliable, and clear. My car has been out of commission for months. Finally got the chance to get it towed and fixed. AAA couldn't do anything for me. I found 24 Seven Towing online and was amazed at all the positive reviews. I gave Javier a call and he was able to run me by the process and gave me the best estimate out of all other towing companies. He was at my house in no time and within 10 minutes was able to get my 03 BMW M3 (which was stuck in 1st gear) out of my drive through (also on a pretty steep incline due to my car being low). After he finished hooking up my car we were off on the road. I informed Javier that I was absolutely in no rush and we made it from Lancaster to Huntington Beach with no problems. Normally I go with AAA but since this is a tractor I had to call a local towing business, I called 24 seven towing and Javier gave me a quote and also advised me to call around and I did, boy was I shocked to hear the prices, there was one company lower but chose 24/7, because somehow I felt I would get good service, nothing against anyone. Service was prompt, courteous, tied down the tractor like it was his own, made it look easy even though I couldn't lift the front loader or use the hydraulics. I will use them again DEFINATELY and highly recommend. To add to this, to go 13.1 miles on a tow prices ranged from mid 300's to 395.00, couple were in mid 100's 24 seven was in the very low 100.00's next to someone else. I don't know the towing business and I understand everyone has to make a dollar to survive I'm glad I have AAA just couldn't use it this time. read more

My car wouldn't start & was electronically dead. After a jumpstart from my family the car turned on but still couldn't get it to actually start it's ignition so I figured I had a bad starter. I called two towing company's and 24 Seven towing happened to be more affordable, not only did Javier help me realize that it was a bad battery through a jump start with a separate battery, he sent me to interstate battery to get a reliable battery model as well as followed me a part of the way to make sure my car wouldn't die on me & gave me his # to call if I had any troubles acquiring the battery. Thanks to him I didn't have to get my car towed after all or go to a mechanic potentially falling into a money pit. Javier saved our lives. I had a car accident and my car was in the middle of an intersection. Within the time I called he told me "30 min I will be there" and guess what in 30 minutes he showed up. My husband called 2 different phone numbers before this one and they told him 90 min to 2 hours they will take. We couldn't wait that long because the police was pushing us. I had a tire blow out on the way to the airport. These guys picked me up and got me to a rental car agency so I wouldn't miss my flight out of LAX. Then they towed my truck to my house in Rosamond, then changed my tire for me so the truck would be sitting on 4 good tires. These guys really have it going on. This was the 3rd tow company I called to get service. The other two said it would be a while before they could come. I needed to get my car towed from my house to the ford dealer in Lancaster. I have never had to do this before so I didn't exactly know what to do. I called 24seven Towing and it was so easy! Javier came well within the time frame he had stated. He was very friendly yet professional and was very gentle with my car. The communication was amazing. As soon as my insurance gave him authorization for pick up, he called and told us how long it was going to take. He was very concerned because it took my insurance 2 hours for the authorization to go through. My transmission gave out in Inyo county after a camping trip but he got to us in 90 min.
