Absolutely disgusting experience with this towing company. While on my property, their driver ran over and killed my cat. What made it even worse was how they handled it afterward completely cold, rude, and lacking any basic human decency. I was told to "just buy a new cat," as if my pet was something replaceable. That response alone tells you everything you need to know about how this company treats people. I've had an extremely concerning and ongoing experience with ALLWAYZ Towing. Over several months and at least five separate incidents, my AAA-dispatched tows have been repeatedly canceled or mishandled without valid reason. On multiple occasions, I was forced to pay out of pocket for services that should have been covered, though AAA has since refunded those charges and acknowledged the issue. AAA has also confirmed that contracted companies are required to accept dispatches--not cancel them due to personal matters. Despite this, ALLWAYZ appears to be allowing unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from an employee, resulting in repeated service disruptions and what now feels like a serious reliability and safety concern. I made multiple attempts to contact the owner by phone, message, and email, but received no response. This lack of accountability is deeply disappointing. While I've had positive experiences with this company in the past, the current situation reflects a troubling disregard for professionalism, contractual obligations, and customer trust. In contrast, other towing providers have handled the same requests efficiently and without issue. At this point, I cannot recommend ALLWAYZ Towing. Their conduct has been unreliable at best and, at worst, deeply unprofessional and concerning. read more

I've had to use this company a few times. They're always patient and very helpful. Most recently I had a tire blow out at night, with my children in the vehicle. All Wayz Towing really came to the rescue. I didn't wait long at all. Once they arrived, they were very fast. This is my go-to company, it's always a good experience. Me wife had a Horrible service!!! With the towing company. Our vehicle broke down and we had the service with always towing thru AAA. The tow driver become very violent and aggressive when my wife didn't follow his instructions on how to turn the wheel on neutral. My wife had to call AAA again to report his actions and his behavior. If me and my wife decide to use AAA service... I hope I never come across with this towing company ever again!!! Absolutely Terrible. The Boss left my truck at a unknown location to pick up another vehicle and said I had to pick up another truck calm down. I was frustrated until they brang it to the location it needed to buy. They also took off my device tracker on the truck and didnt show its location. Awful towing service dont recommend. read more

Driving an older car means we absolutely must have AAA. Today we had to call for help. Jason, with All Wayz Towing, showed up quickly and was ready to help. After checking things out he told us he believed we needed a new starter. He towed our car back to our house and on the way home. We were able to get a starter at O'Reilly's tonight and replace it. They are contracted through AAA yet they try to force you to pay COD on the spot without verifying any policies. Jason was very rude and uninformative. He actually broke the law by saying the only way he can do it is if we pay cash. We have over 41 year premier membership with AAA nice try jason. I needed to move my project car to my new place, so I started taking it off the car dollies. All I had at the moment was my bottle jack, which got stuck after I pulled the dollies because it couldn't go low enough! Eddie came out, lifted the car with his jack so I could retrieve mine, put it on his flatbed in no time, followed me to the new place and had it unloaded even faster. He even stayed in my sauna of a garage to get the car back onto the dollies! Eddie has the whole impossible trifecta: fast, courteous, and competent!! read more

Wouldn't move their truck until they tightened up the bolts took the Jack down stowed it in their truck. then they would move the car. Called the next day and now I'm told I'm getting charged for storage fees for two days. Just expect to pay a lot more than they originally specified. when my son crashed his grey Lancer. thank goodness Mike and Eddie saved the day, the way the car was stuck on the curb and with a pole in the way, they got the right tow truck sent out and what potentially could of been bad whole bottom of car getting messed up and tearing the bumper off. Eddie was able to strategically get the car on with out further damages. I would highly recommend this company. And they take Triple AAA. too next time Im in need I know who to call. read more

I have to say, I just had a lockout down on my vehicle, and because of a pain in the butt alarm, the car would not unlock because of the automatic re-lock as a safety feature on the alarm. the tow truck driver maned "Jeramiah (I hope I spelled that right) was bound determined to get the vehicle unlocked.H would have had the vehicle opened in minutes had it not been for that STUPID ALARM, but he preserved through about 20 times of the alarm going off and re-locking. He was bound determined to get this car opened, and he did. Jeramiah Is by far a great tow truck drives and treats his job with the utmost proficiency. He worked at the stubborn vehicle in 100 degree heat and sweat like it was his own car, he was VERY careful to not damage the vehicle, and there is so many ways to compliment him, but i called the company and informed them of Jeramiah's great work as well as his professionalism.
