We are new to Palmdale and needed a tow unexpectedly, so I hopped on Google and found All Valley Towing since they were close to our home and I'm so glad I did. I called and spoke with Ever and explained that my husband's truck gave out while coming home from Angeles Crest Highway. Ever asked for the location, and I let him know there was no service up in the mountains, but that I could call back once I had the coordinates to get a quote. He kindly let me know I could simply text him the updated coordinates and he would easily send over a quote, which made everything so much less stressful. Ever was quick, friendly, and provided amazing customer service. Payment was simple with an online link, which was very convenient. The driver arrived promptly, picked up my husband and his truck, and was very friendly and professional. We're so glad we found a tow company that is genuine, trustworthy, and easy to work with. Thieves! Do not use All Valley Towing! I had my car towed after paying the fee, but when dropped off at my house, which is only 4 miles away, they refused to drop it off because they wanted an additional $60 for using a cable to load the car. This is ridiculous because they didn't use any special equipment, and the car was still drivable!! It was a horrible experience! read more

Waited over 3 hours and then they cancelled don't use them. Requested a tow at 6 pm at 9:15 pm they cancelled. Only needed to be towed for 8 miles. Horrible and they don't answer the phone. read more

This company responded to my vehicle's roadside assistance service as a provider. After 2 hours and watching the "service tracker" go from 90 minutes ETA to 5 minutes, and then to 20 minutes past the ETA, I called All Valley Towing to find out where the driver was. The man who answered the phone said a driver was never dispatched as he was waiting to hear from insurance to make sure pay, for the miles over 20 required to get my vehicle to the dealership, was covered. He was unapologetic and deflected responsibility. His lack of accountability lead me to having an additional conversation with my vehicle's roadside assistance who assured that there isn't a charge beyond 20 miles, and they pay for the entire distance of the tow and work with the provider directly. Furthermore, they affirmed that insurance is never involved regarding complimentary tows via roadside customer service. Apparently, roadside assistance was never contacted by All Valley Towing either. The lack of communication from this business was absolutely inconsiderate to say the least. A simple phone call would have allowed for a different plan as 2 hours were spent waiting for a service provider that had no intention of serving. If you don't want to work, don't. It's that simple. At least be transparent if that's the case. This company is sketchy at best. They took two hours of my time that I will never get back. read more

I locked my keys in the trunk and AAA came out and could not help me. They said I needed to tow it to the dealership which would have cost me several hundred dollars. I called Mercedes Benz who dispatched All Valley Towing. have to tell you I did not think the technician would be able to get me in the trunk. I relieved a call from Chris, I explained my situation and I did not want him to waste his time and gas. Chris came anyways said he wanted to take a look at it. When I tell you Chris got my trunk unlocked in less than 5min he was done shook my hand and said merry Christmas. He was so amazing I did not tip him, and I want too, I thought about it too late. Chris, I cannot thank you enough. I had a really rough day, but you made my night thank you so much. It is so nice to know such a nice and caring person. Thank you, thank you, Thank you. I called for roadside assistance today and was assigned to All Valley Towing. I was told they would be here in 30 minutes. An hour later I called to check and was told another 38 minutes. An hour later I called to find out they canceled the request without ever notifying me. In the event you need emergency services, please don't depend on them. read more

The best tow company in town, the owner is respectful, polite, and will go above and beyond to ensure your vehicle is towed to safe place. towers from other companies, are in a rush, rude, and don't care!
