My engine light suddenly came on a few days ago and then the engine started to make a funny noise…read more Due to a combination of a crazy schedule and having been frustrated with my most recent experiences with local dealerships, I decided to try out Mobile Mechanic. It's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Will was able to come out with a day or so and run a diagnostics check, quickly locating the issue and showing me the results. He explained to me what the issue was, discussed options, gave me a full quote and a price - highly competitive. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Within hours I was up and running again, good as new. I have NEVER had service like this from a dealership in all my years of being a car owner and driver (and that's several decades). Will also flagged other things that I needed to be aware of (including needing an oil change - which I will be getting him to come and do) but at no point pushed for me to do them there and then - zero pressure, just guidance. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and was keen for me to understand what was happening and why - superb! He even cleared up the work area after he'd finished. Flawless. Aside from the convenience and Will just being an incredibly nice guy, his attention to detail and service are second to none. Friendly and knowledgable, he works hard to make sure you understand what he's doing, and is professional and polite at every step along the way. Will clearly cares and takes great pride in what he does. He's the only person I will be going to for my automotive service needs from now on. Highly recommended.

It was 11:44 pm in downtown in a not very safe street where my car stall and I couldn't move it. When I called them and I asked them how fast can they have a truck assisting me, they first assured me that they will take care of me ASAP, to be calm and they were dispatching a truck while I tell them what happened with my car, it took them 12 minutes and their driver Jc was amazing. He told me that based on the information that I provided to the dispatcher I had two options, put more fuel on the car or get it towed. I asked to be towed to the nearest gas station to check if it was fuel or something mechanical. They were right , my fuel gage wasn't working properly and I had no fuel on my car. A $450 tow turned into a $ 150. My perception about towing companies wasn't the best, however after my experience with United I understand what they have to go through daily and how helpful can be to choose the right company. Thank you again United.
